The bag is well made and very light weight (which was my foremost concern). Not much room. I needed it for an IPad and other daily incidentals. Once the IPad is in, there's little room left. But the price is great. Definitely worth having for small items. Not meant to be "stylish", just functional.

Very, very stylish bag. the orange isn't obnoxious, it has a subtle pastel tinge. kind of like a creamsicle. Haven't travelled with it yet but so far so good.

I have been searching everywhere for a bag to hold my 17" laptop. This one advertised that it would but it is very tight. I am keeping it only because there really are not many other options. It is ok but not worth this price.

Great case! Wonderful size, with lots of pockets to help organize. Very well made, easy to handle, and the wheels are very sturdy. Couldn't be happier.

I've owned the Big Ben verision 1 of this bag and it was great for it's time. Since then, I've owned two generations of the Tumi Alpha backpack and currently own the Briggs and RIley large clamshell backpack. All the packs look pretty similar--all black, all business--which is fine because that's my style. Anyway, I had high hopes for this pack but it didn't work out for me. - The pack does have better organization than any of the packs i've previously owned. There are four fabric lined slot-type pockets perfect for various phones (I carry 3 on me due to work) and the main compartment is sectioned off. - When empty, the bag has almost no structure. The fabric and construction (although top quality) is not on par with the Briggs and Riley or the previous generation Tumi. It more or less matches the current generation Tumi which is also a bit less "substantial" than the old generation. - From the outside, this pack is almost identical in size to the Briggs and RIley large clamshell, however, due to the way the interior is sectioned off, this bag doesn't hold as much "stuff"-- That is unless all you are carrying is books or papers, flat items. - The laptop compartment doesn't feel as protected as the Tumi or the BR. It only has a nylon strap held with velcro to hold the laptop stable inside the compartment. Out of the Tumi and BR, the BR probably has the most stable laptop compartment. - Although I've never noticed wear on the back panel, I've read complaints that this wears down alot. I can see that happening since that part extends lower to the pack than with other packs. - This pack has a "secret" pocket integrated into the pack panel for a phone or other slim item, this was one of my favorite features. In summary, I returned the bag and will use my Briggs and Rilley until I find something better. The BR is almost perfect for me except for the poor organization.

This is an excellent product. While small in size, it handles a good deal of volume. The wheels provide smooth sailing & a great turning radius. We live in Hawaii & few retailers will ship here. Zappos shipped to Hawaii free of charge & it arrived quickly. Hawaii residents: Take note! Use Zappos!

I bought this for a weekend trip, trying to avoid paying carry on fees and being able to place this under the seat. Definitely flexible. At first I thought it was for a child because it was so small. I tested the it and places a full length plush robe and a knee length wool pea coat in there and it zipped up. I haven't actually packed my clothes yet but maybe this info would help.

The most quality/rigid wheeled carry-on bag I've ever owned. I've been used and abused this bag for the last seven years (I travel every year - and whenever I travel by foot, I drag it in/outside of the airports, on/off the streets, push/pull, even throw it on the shutter bus -- now I have a two-year-old son. I let him sit on the bag and drag it around the airport and it looks cute too). RECOMMENDED!

These are the best wheels on the market, and they are super lightweight. They have nice compartment for clothes on hangers. We own two 27" and the family fights for these bags. kid tested - my sons age 9 and 11 ride these on their chests regularly - at 90 lbs they are proof that the wheels stand up to the job.

We love Victorinox and the Werks line. We own 2 of the 27" dual caster and bought the 30" to fit my husbands suit jackets. Sadly, United published new "linear bag dimensions" December 2014 and unfortunately the 30" now triggers an "excess baggage" fee. We are returning our unused 30" for 2 more 27s...

Great suitcase -- high quality, holds a lot but fairly lightweight. System for packing a jacket works well and can be removed if not needed. Wheels and handle work well but the handle is so thin that it does not hold a bag slid over it well.

Amazing sling! It's a perfect bag to walk around NYC with - very lightweight and even though it looks small, you can definitely fit a lot in there! The phone pouch on the strap is large enough for my Samsung Galaxy S5, so it would definitely be suitable for iPhones. Highly recommend!

Yes I proclaim I'm one of those people that buy white luggage and on the first trip wonder why it's completely trashed and dirty! Aside from my loath for the airlines and the harsh treatment they put my spectra through I am more than pleased with the product! Most important attribute easy to navigate, light and convenient to roll beside or in back of you. Very durable and spacious for my two week journey. Highly recommend even in white, and perhaps a purchase with magic eraser sponges might be in order!

I ordered this bag because of one feature: a fabric sleeve on the back that enables you to attach it to a larger wheeled bag and thereby pull two bags together. What I failed to check was the length of the telescoping handle of my existing larger bag. When I had this bag attached by its sleeve to the larger bag, there was no longer any room for my hand to grab the handle. Apart from that problem, this bag is extremely functional--loads of pockets, pen slots, laptop sleeve, easy zippers, etc. It is ugly and blocky, but long-distance frequent travelers like me soon give up aesthetic pleasure when wheeling-not-carrying a lot of business equipment through the miles of corridors at Heathrow, Charles de Gaulle, or any airport that has an interminable walk between terminals or gates. Just make sure your existing bag has a telescoping handle about 6 inches longer than the height of this bag.

Pros: - Good layout. Front pocket design is perfect for Macbook power adapter and other hard drives. - Decent space for books /text books in middle layer. - Excellent shoulders strap, so much better than my previous Wenger and Herschel Supply backpack. - Lots of padding at the between backpack and back for good support. - Good build quality compare to other manufacture. Cons - Water bottle holder on the side is extremely loose and not ideal for any bottles. Cups and bottles are not fully secure and bottles will fly out when you try to run. (Catch a flight or the bus) Same goes for Umbrella area. I would prefer just a simple tight mesh design on both sides. - Laptop area needs more padding at the bottom. Right now I roll a microfiber cloth and placed it at the bottom for extra cushion. The only thing that protects your $3000 laptop is the thin piece of Ballistic Nylon. - Does not have a strap across the chest to evenly distribute the weight across top half of the body. Others: With Fast Pass security feature, the layout of laptop and books compartment is very different from Zappos video. Fast-Pass layout have a completely isolated area for laptop where was regular have 1 books and area under 1 area. I broke a really nice coffee cup as I was running after a bus. I really hope Victorinox would address the bottle compartment in their next bag.

Very light. Material is high-quality. Handle does feel a little tentative at times - a slight wobble. Wheels are smooth. Does tend to tip forward when full to the brim and when you stuff front pockets, but seems to be well balanced okay with 80% capacity. A solid bag, great value and worth getting this over the bargain basement ones. Careful with domestic travel, some airlines' overheads are tight fit - scratched up front of my bag trying to get it in under duress.

I have been using one of these Victorinox duffel bags for a few years and we now bought a matching one for my husband. It's well designed with separate waterproof zippered compartments. It holds an amazing amount of stuff for its size, but is still manageable when fully-loaded. Great value!

I tried & returned 4 other suitcases before this one. This one wins the prize because of the efficient design -- I don't know why so many other carry-on spinners have a weird pregnant bump design, wasting space at the corners & edge of the top while also sacrificing visibility into the corners of the open case. This one minimizes the pregnant look (although it does have a similar basic design) & has nice front pocket organization. Above all I needed it to be as lightweight as possible & have 2 handles, because I have very weak hands (hello repetitive stress!) & can't lift a full suitcase w/ just one hand. So far I have only traveled by car w/it. Hoping it stands the airport & plane test, but can't see why it wouldn't. It seems very solidly built, not cheap or flimsy at all.
