Loved the product but loved the customer service even more...we needed a larger size and Zappos sent out the correct size immediately and a return mail label to send the other pair back. They did not make me wait until the first pair was sent back before shipping us the replacement pair. I have never dealt with any other company that has a better customer service department. Polite and extremely efficient. I will not only continue to order from Zappos but will recommended you to others.

My daughter loves her Heelys very much she enjoys riding them and finds them comfortable. I also like the quality of the shoes. I recommend this product.

I've always loved Heelys. I had my last pair for almost 5 years, but finally bought these new ones a few weeks ago. They are amazing, the wheels were a little stiff at first, but after a bit of rolling around they now work perfectly. I got the same size as my old Heelys, but these are a tad bit bigger. They arrived rather quickly and are just as described, I love them and would buying them again.

I bought these for my 3 year old. He loves them so much and wears them everywhere - with just back wheel on for now. They have improved his balance on the skateboard.

I couldn't find my son Heelys anywhere in town, so I had to go online. Zappos was a familiar name so I checked out the site. Zappos had a great selection and comparable prices. The tracking feature was very nice, too. Great overall experience.

I got these for my 6 year old and he LOVES them! he wears them EVERYWHRE but school and cant get enough of them. plus its helped his self esteem having cool shoes, plus improved his balance on his skateboard.

Love the style and intense red coloring. But sadly the wheels were much slower than any other FATS wheels that I have...and I have lots! Note: it was the wheels themselves and not the bearings.

Just what the 6 year old birthday boy wanted! Fit was great and he's learning to roll. He's a 2.5 and ordered the 3 and he has room to grow, without being loose and hard to keep on the feet.

These Heelys are great! Especially when you have a larger size shoe and are available. Thanks to Zappos they have the larger sizes (sizes 10+), when available, so Adults can enjoy them too. Larger sizes are hard to come by. Thanks Zappos!

Very pleased with order shipping was awesome we received shoes very next day. However I am going to return them to get the ones with 2 skates for more stability for my 6 year old.

Good looking shoes, first pair of Heelys I have gotten. They run about a size bigger, just so you know. It was an easy experience and I would definitely buy from Zappos again.

Bought for my 11 and 8 year old sons and they love them! Took them about 2 days to get the hang of using them, and they've been 'rolling' ever since!

I bought it for my 10 years old son. He likes them. There is no problem to take wheels off if you want them wear as a regular sneakers. Nice looking and generally comfortable. But, I would recommend to by half size up.

I am a Sophomore in high school and this was my best investment I have ever made in my life. Every body at my school is jealous right now. The only problem is that my teachers do not let me wear them during the school day, but they are awesome. Another problem is that the sole in the shoe slide around a little bit. Walking up and down stairs is a breeze. They are sweet!

I love my Heelys! When it rains, I wear Heely around my house with a dog treat in my hand so my puppy will chase me. Useful! They're comfy, big and epic! I wear my Heelys pretty much anywhere! (Except my school. Heelys aren't aloud.) I love my Heelys!

My son loves his Heelies. We couldn't find them elsewhere, so were thrilled to find them on Zappos. He has had them now for over a year (they are getting small, but he loves them so keeps squeezing into them) and they have worn very well.

Great for kids. Take a day or two for them to get the hang of it, but not hard at all. These run A WHOLE size small. Maybe even a size and a half!

I found out that size 11 in mens is a very popular size for Heelys. I had looked all over the internet for a pair for my nephew. Went to Zappos.com and found a pair! Great color and they fit perfectly!

These shoes were for my son, who has rediscovered Heelys. The first pair were great for the first day, then the wheel started making a funny noise. When I called Zappos to see if I could get replacement wheels, they said we will replace the whole shoe! He loves these shoes and I love Zappos for being so accommodating!
