Clogs & Mules
About Clogs and Mules
Clogs and mules are perfect comfort shoes that can be worn not only as casual shoes but also as professional work or formal evening shoes. With the ever-growing popularity of the easy on-and-off dynamic of these shoes, both clogs and mules can be seen everywhere you go today on men, women, and children.
Clogs and mules are no longer exclusive to the hard wooden shoes worn by the Dutch or worn just for gardening. With popular brands for men and women like Dansko shoes, Merrell, Ugg, and Birkenstock, your choices of styles, materials, colors, and heel heights are unlimited. Though the more popular material is suede or leather, you can also buy clogs or mules in a variety of fabrications such as canvas, nylon, EVA rubber and wool!
Clogs and mules are becoming more and more popular in the workforce, especially for jobs that require long hours on your feet. From waiters and cooks, to nurses and doctors, clogs take care of your feet so you can take care of something else. Look for brands like Nurse Mates and Skechers for the added comfort insoles, slip resistant outsoles and easy to clean uppers.
There's a good reason these shoes have lasted the test of time. Whether you need them for work, travel, or casual wear, the slip-on convenience and comfort of clogs and mules can't be beat!

These were recommended by my podiatrist and PT. Generally comfortable and good arch support but on occasion my ankle rolls in them, the shoe is loose enough to slide right under, even on even pavement. Seems to a serious danger! Wish the company warned people about this. Seems pretty irresponsible. Checked online and a number of people had the same problem -- and broken bones!

Love the looks of this shoe, and it seems like it'd be comfortable, but the design is silly. It's a really big hassle to get into these -- there's no pull tab on the back, and the opening for a foot is very small. Had to sit down and pull and tug and wished I had a shoe horn. Rather defeats the purpose of a slip-on shoe.
