My granddaughter loves these. Zappos is a great company to deal with. Never a problem even if I have to make a return.

My boyfriend ordered these skates for me for Christmas, as per my request. I normally wear size 10 womens' shoes. I need to exchange these for size 9, which are now out of stock. Even with socks on, I can almost slip my foot out of the skate. I have an average width foot. Bummer because I really love these skates and Zappos. I will have to return them and order elsewhere.

Loved them! Was a bit hesitant to order because of the sizing. I am a women size 9 in tennis shoes and ordered the size 8 in these skates. Perfect! Once I tried them on, I started skating. So, do not hesitate you will be pleasantly surprised once you receive them. I'm glad I ordered these, love the look to them too. This was a good buy.

This our second pair of this brand of skates. They work well for both indoor and outdoor skates. The first pair we used for a year and are holding up well and were just passed on to the younger sibling for more use!

Bought for my 9 year old; great price for a skate that she will grow out of. I think this brand is great for entry-level skaters!

I wear a size 10 shoe and had an issue with another company where I had ordered simular skates I was told that I would need a 10 but that was wrong the other skates where too big..I had to return those skates...and after reading the reviews on this site I ordered these skates in a size 9 and they fit perfect!! I can't wait to try them out. I've just started skating again since my oldest daughter has just learned how to skate this summer. I bought these in both the black/blue and the white/pink for my twin son/daughter's 5th birthday. They both wear a 12 toddler in tennis shoes so I bought a full size up (size 13 Toddler) in the skates thinking they'd have room to grow into them. When my daughter tried on hers, her toe was all the way to the end of the skates and they fit snug on her narrow feet. Needless to say I've returned both pair and have ordered a size 2 Youth. I think with the narrow fit and a thick pair of socks they will work well for fast growing feet! The skates are well constructed and are well worth the money.

Well I was not pleased when I got my skates whatsoever! I put on my skates and they were very comfortable, but then I look down and I realize that I have two left skates! So I call Zappos and they were great they said that they will send the right pair of skates free of charge and I got the express shipping also free of charge as well! Well the bottom line is the skates are great but the wheels have a little too much grip but it all good!

I ordered both of my kids these skates for Christmas. Both of them said the skates were way too tight in the toe. They do not wear thick socks so I think they run narrow that way. All the reviews I read said this brand ran on the large side. Sadly, we have to return them.

I bought two pairs of skates, one pair for my 10 year old son and a pair for my 9 year old daughter. The sizes were close to actual size and they fit perfect. The quality of the skate is great. You can't beat the price because when they grow out of them in 6 months I can replace them. They use them indoors only so I don't know how they would wear with outdoor use. Overall, great skate for a 9-10 year old.

Zappos is so awesome. I ordered my daugthers skates, and I was expecting them to come in about week or two, but we got them in two days, with just regular shipping. I love Zappos and I tell all my friends about Zappos.

I ordered two pair of skates for the holiday and they are awesome. Customer service was great so I told my whole family if they were to order anything, order from zappos.com and that they have great quality stuff! Zappos rocks.

I am 56 years old and decided to try skating again. These are great skates to start over. They are comfortable but do run a size larger so order a size smaller than your normal shoe size. I feel like a kid again and am happy that I bought these skates.

The roller skates were purchased for a theatre production. They were very true-to-size and work excellent for our purpose.

I bought these skates when I started going to the rink a few times a year. I' am a women's 7½ shoe, and I bought the men's 5. I used them straight out of the box and they totally met my needs, no problem. However, when I tried to use them outside I found that doing so was extremely difficult on the old asphalt. These are probably the only skates that you will find at this price that come with nice aluminum plates, double action trucks or a leather boot. I like the extra ankle support of the high boot, but if I decided to go the derby route, I could switch out to a speed boot. These are a good value!

These are perfect! I got them yesterday and have already been out and about (and around the house) I wear a size 8 and after reading the reviews ordered a size 7 and they fit great! So I agree with the notion that they run big! I'm so happy!

Holy Roller Skates, Batman! As soon as I heard the UPS truck pulling up (which, by the way, was less than 24 hours after ordering), I ran out, grabbed the box and took my skates for a spin. I'm excited to get a lot of use out of these skates. They remind me of the ones I had as a teenager, but even nicer! I'm going to adjust the trucks and wheels a little and then hit the boardwalk. One ordering tip...like the classic skate also on Zappos, these are a full size larger than marked. I usually wear a 9, ordered an 8 and was able to add comfy insoles and wear thick socks.

Super stoked about how quickly these were mailed to me! I had 5 day shipping, and they changed it to 2 days at no extra charge. These skates are great. I am a beginner, and 37, but loving them. They glide very nicely, and are a bit snug. Very happy!

I recently got a new pair of the Chicago skates classic...went right out and tested them out. They were comfy and inexpensive. I have used them every week since I got them.
