Great shirt! I get a lot of questions concerning #10 Be Humble and I point out the Zappos logo on the sleeve and state that Zappos is the only Organization that lives it core values from the top Team Member to the Member that just joined the Team. Zappos as a Culture is what others including Clark County Government attempt to emulate but fail in the outcome. As Zappos Core Values run from the top down to the bottom to top throughout the Team!
Fits true to size, very comfortable. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because the design faded immediately in the wash.
Zappos T-shirts run extremely small! I usually wear a size 6 or 8. I ordered a large and had to send it back for an XL. This t-shirt size = junior fit.
Was surprised that shirt was thinner than expected and was small for a large. My son in law had to pass it on to his son.

This is such a cute shirt; I hate to give it one star. But I am doing so because of the terrible and inaccurate sizing of the shirt. I usually wear a large or extra large. I ordered an extra large since it is meant to be a comfortable tee. However, when I tried it on, it fit absolutely skin tight, as though it were a size small or medium. The fabric was tight, cheap, and very, very small. It does not run true to size and it is low quality. The design is cute, though.

Your standard classic fit polo shirt, good moisture wicking material. The two reasons I didn't keep it: it was loose on me (I'm skinny) and also the Zappos embroidering tugged and pulled the surrounding fabric.
Nice sturdy cotton fabric t-shirts. Someone asked me if I worked for Zappos, and I answered "only indirectly."
I felt these shirts were a little larger than marked.
