My new favorite shoes. Ever. Even better than a nice new pair of Birkenstocks. I just adore them, delightful right out of the box...and that almost never happens for me, since I have feet like Fred Flintstone. These provide wonderful support without looking clunky and the vertical front strap design helps minimize my big feet. The best part is the suede footbed that has a ridge of support that snugs right up between your toes and the ball of the foot -- heavenly! All my friends at work were asking about them -- they are so cute and different. Taos is my new best friend!

Just like all of my other pairs of Born shoes, these sandals are super comfortable -- I've been wearing them almost every day. They fit a bit loose around my foot (common for me with Born) but I haven't had any problems with rubbing at either the straps or the heel. The very slight wedge heel is great for walking.

The holes to tighten the straps are about an inch and a half shy of where they should be. I put it on the tightest one and the shoe literally fell off my foot. Super disappointed and going back. Would have been a nice inexpensive summer sandal.
