I had high hopes. Beautiful shoe. Straps are perfect because the top ones are all elastic allowing them to conform to your foot for a secure fit. Unfortunately, the foot bed is very uncomfortable. Even though it feels like it is padded, there is something wrong with the way the padding is shaped. Every bony part of the foot, the heel and the pad, feel like they are resting on concrete. I walked around the house for ten min hoping I could adjust to the fit but they are just too hard and uncomfortable for me to walk on. Have to send them back.

I'm not crazy about the looks of Vivanz sandals in general, but these are cool. They look very stylish on the foot and are comfortable. I bought my usual size 7 and they fit well.

Super comfy, very stylish. They are a little chunky, but that helps with the comfort. They work best with Capri pants, cuffed jeans and swingy dresses. The fabric upper make the straps so much more comfortable than leather, etc.

These are very cute shoes, but they run very narrow. I had read the reviews and given that I usually have difficulty finding narrow shoes for my 10½N feet, I thought these would be a perfect match. I was disappointed. They were way too tight against my arches, and the heel border cut into my heel. They were even a size larger that I usually wear. These are going back.

These are really pretty shoes. I would have ordered them in every color had they fit properly. I wear a standard 8B. The problem is the straps across the arch are too long. They should have been tighter to hold the shoe in place when walking. Since they are elastic this would only worsen over time. If your feet are more wide across the arch, they will work for you.

These shoes are very comfortable and make your feet look sexy (so says my husband). I have high arches, so my weight rests on the outside of my feet. The problem for me was that the top strap (the one toward the ankle) was too loose, and it's not adjustable, so my heel wanted to slide off the shoe to the outside. I'm afraid they'll be too unstable for me, so I am returning them.

So disappointed! I tried really hard to make these sandals work because they are truly beautiful on and off the foot. They are extremely comfortable on...until you stand up and walk. The front straps are apparently folded and attached under the footbed in such a way that I felt like I was walking on rocks on both sides of my feet. I tried putting several ball of foot pads to fill the valley between the lumps but to no avail. In addition, the rear strap kept slipping down after several steps. So I have to reluctantly return these beautiful shoes.

I wanted a sandal with a heel and these are the shoes I was looking for! Love these shoes! They're comfortable even when worn for several hours at a time.

These are amazingly cute. I cannot decide if they are cuter with pants or skirts. They arrived yesterday, I wore them to work all day! They are s comfortable. Based on the review I ordered half a size up, and am glad that I did. They are perfect.

As a girl trying to continue to be hip with arthritic feet, these shoes are awesome! Super comfortable with just the right amount of edge.

I have been searching for a booty that wasn't wide or loose at the ankle. I finally found a perfect pair! These are very versatile. Dress them up or down. I haven't found an outfit they don't complement. Wore them for the first time around downtown Nashville, TN, did lots of walking and no issues at all. I get tons of complements every time I wear this great, fashion forward boots. Highly recommend.

I bought a similar Vivanz sandal (without the rubber sole) 5 years ago and bought several pairs. these feel great and it's a great look and they're very comfortable. wish i could find the other one again, buy several pairs and wear them forever....in the summer of course.

Great shoe...simple but basic black sandal you can dress up or down. Leather foot bed with toe strap consisting of material on top & leather underneath for support and material elastic crisscrossed around the ankle. The back of the heel strap is leather. Comfortable with a not too high man made material heel. Now that I am older I have found my foot to be a size 7.5 through 8 depending on the brand of shoe. I initially ordered a size 8 but it was way too large so I ordered the 7 which fits perfect with a little toe space which I prefer. Exchanging the shoe for a different size was made easy by Zappos and I had the shoe within a day and in time for the event they were planned to be worn at.

The straps on these shoes will not stretch. They could become "blister city" pretty quickly. They are going back.

Cute, comfortable sandals that work well for day or evening. I took these on vacation to wear with dresses. Easy to pack.

I'm wearing these shoes for my wedding. So very comfortable. Will match my navy dress. I'm 57 and these shoes rock!

These are stylish and comfortable. The whole top is elastic, so they fit snugly, hide my bunion. I have a high arch, but because of the heel height they are ok without much of an arch.

I have a narrow foot, and although this shoe only came in medium, I thought the elastic straps would hold my foot in place, and they do! Also, I don't usually wear heels, but these are really comfortable. Beautiful looking as well.

Great bootie! Heel is not too high like so many others out there. Plus, I have thick ankles and this is the first bootie that covers them and yet looks so slimming. FAB for jeans, leggings, skirts...

These shoes were not as comfortable as I had hoped they would be. I thought the strap across the toes would be of a stretchy type fabric. It is the same stretch fabric as across the ankle, but in the toe area it is backed with a non-stretch backing so it is not soft and does not stretch. The shoe felt about 1/2 larger than marked. I'm returning them, and I will not be ordering a size down, as I don't think they will be comfortable for me across the toes.
