Velvet by Graham and Spencer Reviews
Love this dress! Very comfortable, good stretch amount, lightweight, and high quality. Perfect length too! I'm 5'2, bust 35, waist 27 and hips 36 and I ordered a size Petite and it fits like a dream!
This is a great casual t-shirt to wear with jeans or a skirt. It is very sheer, so either wear a camisole or a decorative bra. It is florey, and has a loose fit but not dumpy. I definitely recommend it, I would buy this in more colors if they had it.
Very pretty summer dress, color is flattering and the length is great - just at the knee. I tried a small. I am 5'5' and 120" , usually size S is just fine, and it was ok but on the snug side. So I tried a Medium and that's what I'll keep, still form fitting without being too tight. So, if you are undecided between two sizes, order up.
This dress was everything I was looking for! It was soft, wonderful stretch fabric, and it was fitted with a beautiful pattern of stretch lace, and I am REALLY picky. But it was really good quality, and I am so sad the medium didn't fit and the large is not available. I'm 56 5' 6" and 147lbs. It looked amazing but at my age I needed just a little more room! It was also forgiving, the fabric held me in without any bulge. Hope it comes back.
The shirt looks nice and fits nice. But here is the problem. I'm getting tired of shirts that develop holes in them after only 1 or 2 wearings, even with the gentlest of care. This shirt, however, had a hole in it BEFORE I even got a chance to wear the thing the first time. As I was hand-washing it before wearing it, I noticed a small hole in the back of the shirt. So needless to say, it was too late to return it. If the hole were on a seam where it could be sewn, it might not be so bad, but in the middle of the shirt? I wore it anyway since the hole was on the back, because I wanted to at least wear it once. Definitely not impressed with the quality. (This seems to be a general problem with clothing lately - at least with knit shirts - they simply don't last. For the money you pay, it seems absurd.)
I wore this shirt once and the blue stripes bled into the cream. Tried hand washing in cold water and it still ran everywhere. Don't buy this shirt.
I love wearing my velvet vests under everything as they stay tucked it and I don't have to worry about my stomach hitting my cold belt buckle!
Great tank. The fabric is super smooth, fitting without being constricting and buldging. The straps are wide enough to hide the bra and the cut is great to make it a very stylish tank top. The only thing which doesn't bother me are the straps on the sides flare out as seen on the model. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a dressier tank feel.
Love this tank. The material is super soft and it washes and dries well. The straps are wide enough to hide bra straps and it keeps the cleavage in check. I wear it dressed up with accessories or under a blazer.
I really wanted to like this skirt, but the material was very thin, and there was not enough elastic in the waistband to keep it up. It felt like a cheap tube skirt that I might buy at Old Navy or Target. Not the quality I've come to expect from Velvet purchases I've made in the past. It was also too clingy to be able to wear to work, which was my hope.
