The strap and the open back heel causes too much give...creates a flapping effect. I bought these because other reviewers talked about arch support, but the arch doesn't touch my foot arch. The style is cute, though.

Just received these shoes and I loved them. Unfortunately, I ordered my normal size and they felt too large. It's just so hard to know when ordering online and 57% of the reviewers felt they were true to size. I wish I'd listened to the other 43%. They are going back. sad face...

Just bought the Dakota Ugg color chestnut...it was so comfy. I normally wear size 7 in regular shoes. For Uggs boots I wear size 6. I heard Dakota Ugg was a bit small so I ordered my regular size 7. When it got here and i tried it on...it fits perfectly. Not too small and not too big. I recommend you guys to buy this moccasin. Hope this review helps you guys out by ordering the right size online. And Zappos, you're awesome. I ordered on Monday at 1:36 and received it.
