Trotters

I like that this shoe is very much what I expected. However, I felt it was it bit tight in the toes--my toes were rubbing and it was loose in the back. It should be noted that all shoes like this and full shoes fit me this was. That may just be the shape of my feet. I would definitely recommend these shoes and will wear them for my occasion even though it's not an ideal fit for me.

I have been searching for comfortable dress shoes for about 2 months! My right foot is an 8M but my left is closer to 7.5M. I need more room in the toe box than is usually provided by pumps. I had high hopes for the Trotter brand, but I did not get past the right shoe on this one. It cut across the top of my foot. Thank goodness for wonderful Zappos, hope they can bear with me a bit longer as I search for the right shoes!

I was looking for "the neutral shoe" and didn't want to spend hours on the balls of my feet. So, the low heel is perfect. I was worried that these would look cheap, but I like the snake-skin look is novel, and they look neutral, but not boring, on.

I loved the shoe, but it seems to run large. I have wide feet and ordered a wide, but my feet just slipped forward in the shoe. Even using the adjustable straps the shoe was too wide. I'm sad!

I actually ordered these for my mother-in-law when her shoe store said they were back ordered and could not get them in for her special occasion. I checked on Zappos. They were available and got to her in plenty of time. Can always count Zappos to get my order to me quickly. She loved them. They looked great with her dress. I think these are best worn with dresses or pant suits. Great alternative for dressy but without having to order a high heel. She was on her feet the whole time and at the end of the day said that they still felt great.

Very attractive on foot. My only complaint is the strap that goes across the ankle is too short. I'm taking them to a shoe repair to have extra velcro sewn on so they can be adjusted more.

I love the style of this shoe and you get the espadrille look without the really high heel that so many have. Comfortable padding, but I had to add arch support pads.

I cannot believe how great this sandal is! I was looking to replace some Dansko slides with a toe ring, and could not find anything that looked the same and matched in comfort. These look pretty different but they are exceptionally comfy. No flipping noise when I walk, no blister between my toes. They have a simple, clean look that is really flattering. Buy these sandals now!

I ordered these shoes before taking a trip to San Francisco where I knew there would be lots of walking. They were great! They are very comfortable with good arch support, lightweight but not too flimsy. I enjoyed the Velcro closures and being able to tighten or loosen easily throughout the day. I felt like my feet were well supported. I did not have any binding, pinching or rubbing. They were comfortable from the beginning. I usually order extra wide shoes and did with these, but exchanged them for a wide. I would recommend these shoes.

I have arthritis in my foot and these shoes are comfortable yet nice enough for the office. I am disappointed that the leather already has holes in it on the toe of each shoe, especially given the price.

I love these shoes. I have a difficult time putting on any other shoes. They don't match every outfit of mine but I wish they did. This are one of the most comfy shoes I have ever worn. Right out of the box I was able to wear them all day without any issues (my feet are always sore, too!). Thank you to Trotters and Zappos. Oh, Trotters, how about more colors?

I liked the shoe; however, the back left strap kept rubbing at the wrong spot on my ankle and hurt. I have a very narrow heel and although these were narrow, just didn't sit right.

This shoe has a beautiful patina. Fits well and feels good on. Because the heel is so narrow, this shoe lacks the stability that I desire.

This shoe fits well; the heel looks higher than it is (and higher than it feels); and the color is close enough to skin tone to make my legs look longer. In all, an excellent buy.

Very uncomfortable sandal, two weeks wearing and still not any better, wide strap lined in a plastic material makes the tops of my feet sweat, plus already has a hole forming. I am sorry because they seemed made for someone with foot problems, not the case for me.

I was hoping these were more of a dressy sandal. They are comfortable as bedroom slippers, but, sadly, pretty much look like bedroom slippers. I'm sending them back as they don't fill the bill for me.

Purchased these shoes for an out of state wedding,ordered 1/2 size smaller. When received, walked around in them, length good but a little loose around my heel. Added heel inserts, shoes fit like a glove. Thought I was good to go and packed them. By the time I walked into the church for the wedding, the shoes had stretched out, the back of the shoe slipped off my heel with every step I took. I couldn't walk around in them and spent the reception sitting down. How embarassing. I have never had a pair of shoes do that and for the amount of money they cost I am not happy.

Ordered a 10.5W, the fit is just right. Comfortable, versatile in dress, would recommend adding pads to wear with hose.

I have skinny feet and can't wear really high heels. Given those limits, not many shoes are available. These are dressy enough and pretty nice looking, and I was able to stand in them at a cocktail party without pain.

I have a very narrow size 10 foot. Finding shoes that are cute is very very difficult. These shoes fit and r comfy. They are very adjustible. Even though I purchased the AA they needed to be adjusted to accommodate. A shoe/sandal that would fit best is a AAAA but these work. I am grateful. I know my feet concerns are not in the majority. I am again grateful for reviews. All of the women with skinny feet please post.
