This is a nice, sleek looking suitcase. I like it because it's not black so it's easier to pick out at the airport without being a bold pattern. I've only had it 4 months, but it's been on 6 flights with me and holding up well so far. I have been on planes where they put the small suitcases under the plane too, so it has been through more than just me handling it and survives the test of the baggage cart. No complaints here!

We were looking for a couple of smaller pieces and stumbled onto these Travelpro Walkabouts. Two of these provided enough space for my wife and I to travel for a week with sufficient room for what we needed while limiting our space enough to keep us from over packing. They were very easy to manage on and off the shuttle bus and through the airport. We haven't had them long enough to comment on durability but based on one trip we are very satisfied with the luggage.

I love this bag. I bought it since it is slightly smaller than my full 22" carryon just to make sure I don't have incidents where they check my bag. For the most part, I can get a week's worth of clothes in it and get carry it on with no problems. I've only had to check in 1 time and that is because the outer pocket area sticks out quite a bit if you put something in it, even when not expanded. I love how light it is to carry and throw up in the overhead bin. And I really love the the spinner wheels and how easy it is to maneuver through the airport. I've had is just under a year and it has held up perfectly.

I thought that the first time a zipper broke on a Travelpro it was a fluke. But now this one broke as well. That makes two different new Travelpro suitcases within a year with broken zippers! If you're looking for quality and durability in a suitcase, do not buy ANYTHING made by Travelpro!

I purchased this suitcase because my old one was made by a clothing brand and was literally falling apart. My boyfriend has a Travelpro for business travel, and it has held up extremely well. I am very happy with my purchase. Lightweight and durable.

Just got back from a trip to Seattle and this was perfect...so light which made it a lot easier for me to get it into the overhead bin without asking a man for help or straining myself. It's fairly roomy and great for two days or an extra. It does weigh 6 lbs - the one I have from Costco weights 12 - big difference. Very happy with it.

Used suitcase for the first time 1/26/2013. The suitcase became unsteady and had tendency to repeatedly fall forward with full sized lap top in front pocket, which is supposed to support a 17 inch laptop.

I travel over 100,000 miles per year. This is the best bag, at the best price I have ever found.
When my 14 year old Travelpro sustained irreparable damage, it was time to replace it. After looking at many brands, I decided to stick with Travelpro because they'd always responded to issues promptly, i.e. broken wheel, handle replacement. I really like the spinner design which is very easy to wheel through the airport. Even though this bag is bigger than my former 25" bag, it's almost 3 times lighter. It worked well on its inaugural trip!

The bag is fabulous! I don't know how I ever flew without the luxury of 4 wheels. It's incredibly lightweight and I can pack for a 5 day, 4 night trip with ease (and not even use the expansion pocket!). There is a corner in the outside pocket where the zipper gets stuck about half the time, but other than that, I have absolutely no complaints!

Great bag, good quality, just know it is small and doesn't have compartment "organizers" for pens, cables, folders, etc. like most computer bags. I bought the bag because I wanted a lightweight, non-bulky bag I could lift over my head to put in the overhead bin on an airplane. The bag is definitely compact and lightweight. Fits my 15" computer snugly (almost too snugly) and does not fit my 17" computer. Good quality and seems like it will hold up for a long time to come. The bag has already been on 3 international flights and multiple road trips and the wheels, zippers, and fabric are still in great condition. Reason for 3 stars: No "organizer" compartments and 15" computer is a tight fit.

The bag is definitely what I was looking for. The spinner gives it flexibility. The extreme light weight also was the key point in my purchasing decision.

Ultra light! Spinner wheels make it so easy for seniors like me to push in narrow areas. Prefer pushing to pulling, as you're more likely to bump into people when pulling. You can probably get it for less elsewhere, but I prefer Zappos super service and free shipping...arrived in Honolulu in less than a week!

Love this bag -- great size, long handle, and light weight. Although it says it's 20", it measures more like 21", still okay for most international carry-on (which is how I plan to use it), but very close. Note that international carry-on requirements vary by carrier, so check before you fly.

Most likely like anyone who reads this review, I am always looking for the perfect shoulder manbag, wallet, and suitcase. So I read a lot of descriptions and ads when I am seeking the right accessory. Needless to say, I have found it in this particular suiter. Moreover, Zappos' price, as usual, and shipping, as usual, were impeccable. I am certain that my wife would agree with me regarding her Zappos purchases.

I bought this as a gift for someone and it was a huge hit. I initially wanted to go with Tumi, but after doing some research this seemed like a much more wallet-friendly alternative. The recipient in question is very tall and appreciated the adjustable telescoping handle. The wheels roll smoothly, and he said he has a very easy time navigating crowds in airports quickly. The size is perfect for overhead bins but still spacious enough for several days worth of clothes. While new, the suitcase appears to be very durable and well constructed.

Travelpro Platinum 7 refused us luggage repair. Their excuse is that it was damaged by an airline. What is covered by worry free warranty. They offered us a rebuild one for a special price. That is a dishonest way to do business.

We love the luggage! It was the best purchase! It is definitely going to last for a long time. The quality of the garment luggage is just amazing, so well made. It is very easy to maneuver!

I was looking for a single bag that would allow me to take my computer, support cables, toiletries and clothing for a couple of days and still fit in the overhead compartment on most airplanes. This bag works reasonably well. If I could change anything, I would add something that did a bit better job of managing computer accessories.
