Zappos is great. Shoes were ordered online before Xmas and they came in plenty of time for the holidays. My son loves the boots, finds them very comfortable and just what he expected. Very happy with Zappos and the boots.

About 10 months after I bought the shoes, a crack developed across the bottom of the sole. When I walked through water my sock would get wet. I do not recommend these shoes as good work boots, since they don't last long.

This will be my second pair of Timberland 6" safety toe boots (last ones bought 2006). Quality materials and build should hold up very well like my last pair. True to size fit. The comfort factor for these boots is excellent, breathable and incredibly light in weight due to the composite toe. I will miss the convenience of the speed lace-up on the top two grommets, but, if this helps to keep the boot tongue better centered than was the case with my last pair, it will be well worth the trade-off. I think the normal lace grommet will keep boot tongue more firmly, and properly, positioned than my last pair since traditional grommets place the laces more firmly on the tongue. Great warm climate / inside boots!

Very comfortable. I would have preferred hooks instead of eyelets for the top two holes.

These are freat workboots. They are lighter than their steel-toe competitors, but seem to offer good protection. I will definitely be buying these again if I ever manage to wear them out.
