WOW you were right about WARP SPEED! My order was shipped on 1/28/13 and I received it today, Wed 1/30/13. I ordered a pair of Columbia W Whirlibird III Gloves, just in time to try them out with our temperatures in the teens the next two days. I really thought I wouldn't get them until the earliest Fri 2/1/13, or early next week. (I live in Illinois). The gloves fit great! I can't wait to try them out as I have crossing guard duty @ two schools the rest of this week. Thank you all for such WARP SPEED service. I will definitely be shopping with ZAPPOS again and again! I just wanted to let you all know how easy and wonderful it is to work with you guys. When I need to return or exchange an item, the CS reps are always so cheerful and up-beat; they do everything they can to help me out.

I just ordered a pair of Heelys for my nephew as a last minute birthday gift on Tuesday night, and they arrived on Thursday during his birthday celebration. I didn't pay for any additional shipping and that is a crazy turnaround time. Y’all have made a loyal customer out of me as this was AMAZING service.

I was so upset I lost my Ray-Bans that I ordered through Zappos and was afraid I wouldn't find the same exact pair that I loved so much. I can't tell you how happy I was when I found my old order and was able to order the same exact Ray-Bans I misplaced! Awesome!

I was in the US NAVY for five years and stationed in Japan. While I was there I was always able to count on zappos.com. When all else failed Zappos was there. No kidding, During the Tsunami in Japan (2011) I needed some beauty and hygiene products (since we were isolated on the boat due to the radiation scare) and while all my other packages didn't get there till late, my Zappos product arrived and saved the day. When you are out in the middle of the ocean for months on end, it sucks! But when you can count on somebody or even a site like Zappos to get you what you need and then some, it turns your day around. Receiving Zappos packages were always the highlight of my deployments. It made such a difference in my day that I bragged about it to all my fellow sailors, and soon everyone that worked in my shop was shopping on zappos.com.
I just wanted to say thank you for the remarkable and outstanding services that the Zappos team provides. You guys deserve a medal of some sort. ;)

I was happy to provide EXCELLENT ratings and feedback to you on the survey I received. The order I placed was received quickly, and as stated. It was for my 13 year old granddaughter. Unfortunately, she didn't like the article (did I mention she is 13 years old??). Gave the receipt to my daughter, she called Zappos, and arranged a return, buy a new article and arranged how to handle the credit card charges and credits. She raved about the ease and pleasure it was dealing with Zappos. I have ordered before from you and replied to her that I did remember the excellent service. I figure most people write to complain . . . but I am going to write to say thank you. It is rare to find a company today that flat out shocks you with exceptional customer service. I had a defective pair of boots you guys took back and did not make me wait till they arrived at your warehouse before applying the credit. You immediately asked if you could replace with a different pair. I paid the difference and you shipped them out Next-Day air. My new boots are perfect. And I love how well you took care of me. Additionally, I have had another order where I was only expecting Second-Day air shipping service (which is amazing in and of itself over Ground service), but you sent them out Next-Day air. What a surprise. Thank you so much. You guys are the best, and everyone I have dealt with from your customer service side has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you so very much!!!!!!
I placed an order a few days ago and could not understand why it hadn't arrived since your shipping is usually super fast. I found out that I had inadvertently shipped it to my daughter's college address where it was not being accepted since the school is closed for winter break. You guys were able to recall that package as a return and send out a new order! That's the best customer service EVER! Thank you so much!!
I just placed my first order on Zappos.com on Saturday and am writing to tell you about my great experience. While shopping on the Magnificent Mile in Chicago on December 1, my 13 year old son saw a pair of new shoes at the Puma store that he just had to have. With Christmas coming, we did not buy them for him at the store. We figured we'd be able to buy them at a store around our house when he wasn't with us. We didn't find them in stock anywhere and forgot about them until Saturday, December 22, when we went out for some last-minute Christmas shopping. We were told by a shoe store that this particular style of shoes was only available directly from Puma. It was too late to order them from Puma.com. I remembered that there was a Zappos.com app pre-installed on my Android smart phone, so I thought I’d check it out. I launched the app and saw the promotion for FREE shipping guaranteed in time for Christmas. I was wondering how that was even possible since this was Saturday and Christmas was on Tuesday—just one business day before Christmas. I placed the order for my son's new shoes. The shoes arrived via UPS on Monday afternoon—Christmas Eve. We got them wrapped and under the tree in plenty of time before our family Christmas celebration on Tuesday morning. Zappos.com saved Christmas in our house! Thank you for a great first, but certainly not last, experience!

I just want to say what a great job you guys are doing. I ordered some shoes through the iPhone app, decided I didn't like them, noticed there was a 24/7 live chat, and easily canceled. I will honestly only buy shoes through you guys.

I just wanted to extend a very hearty thanks to the Zappos customer service team. Recently, I sent back several pairs of shoes, one of which disappointed me on the quality (and which I wasn't sure if you would refund).
Well, not only did you refund each purchase, but your customer associates went absolutely above and beyond. Apparently I'd accidentally mailed a box of Pfaltzgraff tea plates back to your company with my returned shoes. Someone from your company cared enough to send them back to me free of charge this week, with each plate very carefully wrapped with tissue paper to cushion the journey. I was blown away.
Thanks very much for your excellent service. I hope you'll find and reward whoever made the extra effort to return my tea plates—they deserve it!
