Ok. If you have high arches, arch pain, or plantar fasciitis, these are ok. However, they're not nearly the best. In fact, they don't work for me. I don't think they have enough support. Go for Sole footbeds. They are heat-moldable. If your arch is really high, leave them as they are. If they're not too high, throw them in the oven and mold them. They have a 90 day comfort guarantee. Too bad Zappos doesn't carry them, *hint hint*. If you just need a sturdy insole but don't have foot problems these are ok, but Sole are the same price and better in my mind.

Terrible in every way. Too stiff. I had a hard time making a neat trim, ruined them in the process. They were also hard and too wide. Priced way too high. They seemed like old-fashioned insoles that should cost less. I threw them out. I should have returned them before trimming.

I have read many rave reviews on different outdoor sights about Superfeet insoles, especially the green ones. I had to give them a try. The insoles seem stiff when you take them out of the box and are thick but do not seem as cushy as I was expecting. I put them in my hiking boots and work shoes. They feel much different then gel type insoles, especially at first. They take a few days to get used to the different feel, but Wow! They are so comfortable and offer phenomenal support. The people that make these know what they are doing! All of the rave reviews have been 100% true! I highly recommend them! These are great for long distance hiking/backpacking and for use in running shoes as well. You should get some and try them for yourself! As usual, Zappos was great!

Yes, I like these, but too expensive. You can find them cheaper other places online. Sorry for that Zappos; I love your service and I suppose that is partly what we are paying for with the price. This is a great product. They definitely maintain arch support and cushion the foot for long days on your feet. Great product.

These provide better support than the regular insoles in sneakers. If you have slight pronation problems but don't need real orthotics, these are a great (cheaper) alternative.

Easy to size. If you need more arch support go with the blue ones. Got these as a spare, have had the blue ones for over 3 years. Worth the cost.
