Good stuff! Most of your muscles are involved in keeping you upright. The Spenco Polysorb takes part of the load off you. Additionally, they will absorb vast amounts of the shock walking delivers to your major musculature mass.

These are very uncomfortable. The raised part in the middle of the forefoot makes my feet burn and the entire insole seems harder than the green ones that I have been using for years. The bottoms of my feet feel swollen after wearing shoes with these in them. They are getting thrown out. I just ordered more of the green ones. They were a waste of money.

These are very uncomfortable. The raised part in the middle of the forefoot makes my feet burn and the entire insole seems harder than the green ones that I have been using for years. The bottoms of my feet feel swollen after wearing shoes with these in them. They are getting thrown out. I just ordered more of the green ones. They were a waste of money.

Good stuff! Most of your muscles are involved in keeping you upright. The Spenco Polysorb takes part of the load off you. Additionally, they will absorb vast amounts of the shock walking delivers to your major musculature mass.

Zappos is awesome. Period. I'm a UPS driver. I know how many boxes of Zappos I deliver every day. If they weren't awesome, I wouldn't be grabbing so many Zappos boxes all the time. They keep me runnin'!

I love these insoles provided that the shoes are big enough for this bulky insole. It is not squishy like the gel insoles ie. Cross Trainer, but they well are cushioned.
I'd also recommend: Spenco, Spenco, Spenco!

I was recommended by my Doctor to try these for pain in my heel. What a difference these make. I feel total support throughout my entire foot.
