First of all, I miss Zappos' free overnight shipping but the free shipping was still pretty fast. The length is slightly short. I am an 8½ to 9. The 9 fits but I do not have much extra room at the back of the foot. If you are concerned about the length I would size up. They seem wide. The width does not affect the comfort of the shoes for me but it does give a slightly sloppier look than I care for. The support is really good. These are my first orthotic type sandals that I have purchase so I cannot compare to other brands. The cork sole is very comfortable and is very light weight which really adds to the comfort of the shoes. The leather strap looks a little cheap to me. I was expecting something a little higher end looking for the price but I guess you are paying for the orthotic part. I am hoping after it is broken in more it looks a little nicer. Overall, I would purchase these again. They seem to be good for my plantar fasciitis.

I love these Spenco sandals! Comfortable, great arch support and cute too! These are crafted way better than Orthaheel sandals! I own 4 pair, I want more! Buy them, your feet will love you forever!

It's a nice replacement for a flip flop or slip on summer shoe, but lets be honest, the style makes you look like a stoner at worst, and lazy at best. But they are comfy, which is probably the only thing a stoner or lazy person is interested in, so 5 stars for that. The arch support is just weird. I know the whole orthopedic support thing is where its at, but these boys seem to casual for such concerns. The inside is cork, take that for what you will.

I've been wearing these orthotics for years. I discovered them at Foot Locker. I have very high arches and pain in the balls of my feet and the heels. This gets rid of this problem altogether. I can stand in these without pain. They, however, only last six months. I'm going to try the 3/4 orthotic insole and RX Full Length Orthotics next and see which one I like better. I need support for my Skechers Softie and my Keen Utility PTC Oxford.

These sandals are amazing. I have a pair of custom inserts for my shoes and yet these are about twice as comfortable. The metatarsal support takes a bit to get used to but once you do, it makes a world of a difference. The straps could be a little less loose and the color scheme could do with a little variety but once you wear them for a little while you forget about all that!

I have ordered two pairs of these leather slides for my husband. He says to order only these from now on for him. The arch support and built in orthotic are so comfortable for him. He has feet and back issues, and these give him spring in his steps, and take the load off.

Really like these sandals. My foot is narrow, but they still work for me, because my feet don't slip out of them. Love the arch support also.

I have been using these insoles for several weeks now and they have been a significant improvement. I bought them to replace the insoles that came with my shoes that had worn out. I often stand for several hours a day and these have been great to have.

These will be going back. I have several flip flops but these hurt between the toes feel and the look is much more casual than I need. There is fabulous arch support but 1 out of three is not good enough. Thank you Zappos for free returns. I will be searching on your site for different waterproof flips.

When I first tried these on, the arch felt weird, but that was only because I didn't expect these to have any arch support (mainly because sandals typically have none whatsoever). However, After walking around my apartment, I started to fall in love with these. The support in the arch is truly welcome and the style is simple, but somewhat sporty at the same time. I've recommended these sandals to several people already. Great product.

I've ordered this sandal for several years now. The arch support helps with heel pain. Very comfortable. Seemed true to size for me. I've also ordered the Spenco inserts and have been pleased with the brand.

These are nice supportive sandals. They are true to the footbed that I have in other Spencos. I wore them right out of the box. My only wish would be that they came in half sizes.

They worked as advertised and are a great value. I had $600 "prescription" orthotics 10 years ago that disappeared in a move. Increasing pain on the treadmill led me to these and so far they work great. I see no real difference between them and the costly ones. They are designed for tennis shoes or hiking boots so don't expect them to fit in anything stylish!

These are the best insoles I have found. I love ordering shoes from Zappos also. I know I can return them with no problems as I have foot issues.

I recently saw a doctor for an ongoing foot issue and walked out of his office with a pair of these insoles. They are comfortable and I needed a pair for another pair of shoes.

LOVE this sandal! Super comfy and the fit is perfect. The elastic has just the right amount of give; enough so I can literally run in them if needed and they don't fall off. I purchased the red. The pic is true to what the color really looks like. If it came in more colors, I would be first in line to purchase more!

What a find! After I blew out my knee skiing in 1984, and learned that I had chondromalacia, I got some custom-made PAL orthotics. I wore those for 25 years, until my beloved Chesapeake Bay Retriever chewed them beyond repair. I got some new ones to the tune of $500, but they never fit right, so I abandoned them and finally got some Dr. Scholl's at the drug store. I sort of bought these as a "what the heck" purchase, since the Scholl's didn't really give me enough support for my extremely high arches. I didn't realize when I bought them that these were moldable! After a few iterations of boiling them, shaping them, testing and tweaking, I now -- finally -- have orthotics that work the way my ancient PALs did. Hurrah! I can't recommend these enough if you have really high arches and problematic knees.

According to my husband, he states "they're not bad, but unfortunately, they make my foot slide to the front of the shoe. Otherwise they're comfortable. I want something that doesn't slide my foot, though."

Comfortable flip flop which features a foot bed that has a therapeutic affect on my aching feet. Wish the straps fit a bit more snugly but will live with it since these sandals are so comfy.

I bought these insoles to put into Easy Spirit sneakers (AP1) since I have flat feet and lately I do not feel enough support - so, these made all the difference, but somehow I have less available space for toes of my left foot. I trimmed them according to the shape of their insoles.

I have been working in retail for 8 years and never really had a problem with my feet until about 3 years ago. I started having problems with my right foot and find out I have tibialis tendinitis. I had to wear a brace first; then a boot. It helped but once it came off I have to get case for Orthotics. They have been working great but I still have some pains in my right foot but not as bad, but now I'm having problems with my left foot and he recommended I get another pair of Orthotics but the problem is my insurance doesn't cover them and I don't have the money to pay out of pocket. So I asked my friends what they recommend and all of the said Spenco and I'm glad I asked them because they are better than the Orthotic I have from the Dr's and they were a reasonable price. I will be getting another pair.
