My feet started burning last year because of plantar fascia or a pinched nerve depending on which doctor you believe. I bought some Sorboair inserts and they helped a lot. Since the pain was mostly in the metatarsal area and I found I had fairly high arches, I tried these UltraGraphite Arch inserts. They felt so good I immediately sent for another pair for my other shoes. These UltraGraphite Arch inserts are like walking on thick carpet.Read more » « Show less August 25, 2011 by Gary O

Not that impressed - I have to wear insoles in my shoes to help support my arch so I have quite a collection. For the price, this product was very unimpressive, too big to shove in even a sneaker and not very comfortable.Read more » « Show less February 5, 2007 by Pjm

I have been using these for a number of years to replace the insoles of my running and golf shoes. I have very flat feet and these provide the arch support and cushioning I need.

True to its promise! I have a Heel Spur on one foot and Morton's Neuroma on the other and using these gave me a much needed relief. It gave me a chance to wear normal shoes again. Just make sure your shoes have roomy toe box so not to cramp your toes since these are on the thick side even up front like its suppose to be for maximum shock absorption specially when jogging. The only problem are the Graphites which comes off easily when pulled out repeatedly. The best solution is to buy more than a pair or if you can't afford so, reinforce it with some heavy duty duct tape. I'm also gonna try the new New Balance Ultra Arch Insole which are not sold here at this time. They are very similar to these but have a deep heel cup and Metatarsal pad.
I'd also recommend: New Balance Ultra Arch Insole

I have very high arches and various leg/knee problems. I was unable to wear my running shoes without a great deal of pain. I recently had a 3.5 mile race to run and bought these supports hoping for a minor miracle. I got one! They did the job and I was pain free both the day of the race and the following day. I was hoping to avoid spending yet more money on new running shoes and it looks like I have!

Get more life out of your feet! These were originally recommended by a running store in Boston. I liked them so much I picked up a new pair when getting new shoes. I've got high arches and also tend to pronate, so these do wonders to keep my feet in line with my knees. I can really tell the difference when using these.
