These worked quite well with my Giro cycling shoes. I looked up a video on youtube for how to put them on, but once I did it was very easy to both install and adjust.

Great shoes that are true to size and are able to accommodate a hammer toe and a good size bunion. Very comfortable with just enough wiggle room for my toes. These are the best looking shoes in my spinning class! I highly recommend these shoes.

The shoe is strangely narrow, unlike any other sports shoe I have had. It doesn't fit well, especially at the heel. I also had to order 2 sizes larger than what I normally wear in order to get an acceptable fit. But it is a special purpose shoe, which fits perfectly with my Shimano cleats and Shimano pedals. In that sense it is good. Otherwise, it would have been a complete waste of money.

I typically wear 12 to 13 4-E shoes. This is my first pair of bike shoes and I am using Time ATAC cleats. I purchased a 48W in these bike shoes and that fits with just the smallest of front to back space. They are snug on the sides, but not painful. This would not be okay normally for walking shoes but because I see this as needing to fit as close as possible to maximize the power transfer leg to pedal its perfect for me. I really feel that when I put these on the fit is so good that it changes my whole riding experience. I am locked in, straight, supported. I do not have any issues with the opposing straps like some others have noted. The straps that ratchet work great and I also like the slightly gummy nature of the sole. They are easy to walk in. On uneven concrete my cleats occasionally make contact but not on floors.

I always wear 45 (10.5) wide - except in these, where I have to move up to 46 (11.2) wide. Once I get the right size they're excellent.

I just started spin class and decided to get clip ons - these were super easy to assemble and so fare have worked great! These are the type of clip-ons that work for many spin classes!

Great sneakers, love them. Mainly used for soul cycle, just buy the screws from them for $ 25.00 & after every class they tighten them up for you - did it for about a month but so far so good.

I am returning this shoe because it was too large, however, you may need to check the left bottom shoe. It looks as if it has been worn. There are rough marks where it looks they have been scraped on the pavement. For the price tag, I would not be happy with receiving these.

This is not a pretty cycling shoe, but it is a comfortable and sturdy cycling shoe...I had trouble finding the Keen version of this, so decided to try it and I love it! I teach spinning several times a week, and this shoe is a work horse. So if you don't mind the looks, and are looking for something durable and comfortable, this is for you.

I have wide feet so I always thought going clipless would be a problem. To my surprise, my first pair of shimanos (wm53 I think) fit like a dream and were actually women specific! About a year since, I figure its time to get better, stiffer shoes, since I am riding more and more. I find these and literally gasp...they are feminine yet sporty...just like me! There is just enough pink to give the shoe femininity, but once you put them on, its all business! I am so excited to own these, and recommend to any girl who what wide feet and didn't wanna settle for mens styles!

These shoes are perfect for Soul Cycle. You can take them in and buy the clips there. Great fit and support! So much better then renting shoes!

These were terrible. I only used them 3 times and they fell out each time. Then one got stuck in the cleat and it was ruined so now I have to buy another set.

This is my 2nd pair of SPD cleats. The 1st pair (different brand and model) broke near the attachment and would not clip in. I needed them quickly and picked up a pair at a LBS. I find that I need a lot of room in the toe area. If I leave the laces loose near the toes and only tighten at the ankle, I can wear these without soreness if I wear a dress sock. They look a bit larger than my previous black pair. That is because of the color. I don't care about that. I am also fooling around with pedals and 1/2 toe clips. That way I can have the option of wearing sneakers, which are lighter than these shoes.

The wide toe-box has giving me the comfort I need for the long rides... the shoe is durable with minimal give at the arch... highly recommend!

I bought these to go with a pair of pearl Izumi cycling shoes for spin class. They were easy to bolt into my shoes and work perfectly with the spd pedals.

I purchased these to affix to a pair of Pearl Izumi cycling shoes. They are simple to install (and I'm a girl), just make sure you lay the correct side on the shoe. I initially affixed the wrong side to the shoes and after ten minutes of trying unsuccessfully to clip into my pedals (slow learner), I undid the clips and turned them over and screwed them into the shoe and presto I clipped right in! They work great, no issues.

I'm 6', 230 lbs, and needed these shoes for the standard pedals I've got on my mountain bike. Love look, lacing, and solid bottom (most important because my weight puts a lot of pressure on pedals during bumpy rides). Fit is a little snug right now but I'm hoping shoes will stretch with time. I'm an 11.5 and length was perfect. As I said hopefully the width won't be a problem. Right now my foot is a little sore after I ride.

Awesome! I bought this cleat set for my indoor spinning shoes and they installed very quickly and easily. They work great and I clip in really quick as well, perfect for spinning.

I am new to spinning. I use these for indoor classes and I love them. Ordered 1 size larger than my normal shoe size and they fit great allowing room for movement. I use the red look delta cleat on them but they are spd compatible as well. I highly recommend! They look sharp too.

This is one of the few cycling shoes I can find that fit well and keep inside the $150 budget. Shimano has always made a great shoe and this is no exception. I grab these for the wide fit option and the ratchet closure! All around great shoe that is comfortable after 75 miles and easy to adjust on the fly. The sole could be a little more stiff, but then we're into carbon fiber and out of the $150 range. They still transfer power extremely well though, don't let that stop you!

I liked these shoes but didn't end up ever riding with them. I have a large toe box and didn't feel like my toes were being restricted. I opted for the Shimanos (Click'R CW40)because I caught a sale at REI the day after these came in the mail and because the Click'R was a little more breathable and a little lighter. But I'm guessing I would have been happy with these as well!
