These are exceptionally comfortable boots! I wore them all day today for the first time and didn't want to take them off. Wonderful arch support, and the height of the heel is just right.

am so happy with these booties! Excellent arch support; very comfortable to walk in, yet the little bit of heel makes them seem a bit more polished. The style works well with both jeans and dress pants. They are styled so that you have room to either lace the boots tighter or leave them laced more loosely, which I imagine will suit many different feet. (My own feet are on the narrow side, and relatively low volume, so I am lacing them up more tightly.) It doesn't show too much in the picture, but the top of the collar is lightly padded, so no chafing/blistering. Love them!

LOVE! Purchased these for a trip and walked for several miles sightseeing the very next day. I did the same with another pair of Ecco boots a few years ago. Ecco boots are the perfect mix of style and comfort without being to heavy. They are extremely durable. Perfect look for warmer winters where a tall boot looks out of place.

These booties are super comfortable and go with everything! I have high arches and generally have problems with shoes not being comfortable, but I've been wearing these for a few weeks now and love them. I didn't even need to break them in and haven't had any blisters or pain yet! I wish I also had them in black.

These are the most comfortable shoe-bootie. They are very stable. Don't hurt my toes. No seam up on top. Very stable heel. Don't wear out along the back heel because it has that rubber coming up above the heel so the car pedal will not wear your boot out. I give them 110 on a scale from 1-100.

My first Zappos purchase, but more on this later. This shoe is just what I wanted to wear with leggings. The hint of a heel, without the wobble walk after effects! Here's the rub: The laces broke during the third wearing. Yes, I laced them quite tight while wearing heavy socks as these are my winter boots and they are big enough to warrant wool socks. I almost hobbled right to Amazon HQ to return while on a business trip to Seattle, but I bought a pair of laces instead. As for my Zappos order, it was flawless. I ordered on a Monday night and the boots arrived on Wednesday, Christmas Eve.

Love this boot. The heel is perfect and they felt good right out of the box.I purchased the black and the coffee. My only complaint is the shoe strings which gave out the first day. They balled up and I literally had to cut them out and replace. That happened on the black pair. Not yet on the coffee. I was out of town when it happened but my hubby came to the rescue and went to nearest store for me....ECCO is one of my favorite brands. If anyone has same problem, let them know.

I love these boots. The first time I wore them I spent a full day walking in NYC. My feet were very happy. My one complaint is that I have had them for less than a month and the laces are fraying. One is near breaking and I have only worn them 4 times. I have been trying to find replacements, to no avail.
