I just returned from a trip to the Baltic, and a friend brought this bag with her on the trip. I just loved how beautiful it was, how easy to carry, how convenient it was and how it held everything you needed with ease. I couldn't wait to order one for our next trip. Plus great for shopping just drape it over your shoulder and hands free to shop. The beige is beautiful... will go with everything.

Great looking bag and I am excited to use it. I was looking for a summer bag to use at night for when I travel but I realize I can use it during the day too when I am home in NYC.

I love this Cole Haan purse! I have 5 of them. It has come in amazing colors. It is just the right size to hold all I need to carry. I would probably buy more, but I think I have just about every color I need.

Love the contrast between the silver and gold zippers...nice crossbody bag, great for evenings out on the town to carry essentials.

I simply love this bag is well made and functional. I've order the last one in mosaic color, which is beautiful. I love it so much that I would like to order another color - white, which they don't have. The service is excellent too.

The color and leather on this bag are gorgeous. I was hoping the unzipped gusset would provide more room, a little too small for me, but would be great if you like a small bag.

Great style. Perfect color. Roomy enough for checkbook style wallet. Expands slightly as needed. My new, favorite cross-body style.

Very nice, but a very light silver. I am hard on my purses & am afraid it will get dirty easy, therefore I am returning it.

If only Cole Haan would've made this bag one inch bigger it would've been the best bag to hold my iPad, iPhone and my lip gloss...too bad.

I adore this bag but it's just a bit too small to carry an iPad which is what I wanted it for. Otherwise, it's very sleek and beautiful to wear.

The blue ink from the leather bled all over my red silk blouse and ruined it. Not even the dry cleaner could fix. Would have expected more from Cole Haan.

I loved this bag in the photo descriptions, especially all the silver zippers. However, I received the bag and all of the hardware was gold! I've carried other bags with gold hardware if it was subdued, but this hardware is the focus of the style. I had to return it though it would have been just what I was looking for.

I ordered both the Ivory and Sandstone. Love them both. Just the right size of slim with a little bit of expansion with the zipper siding. Fits everything I need it to. Including a large set of sun glasses. Has an inside and outside zipper pocket.

I got it in red, and I wish the color is a little more saturated tone, but over all, it is a nice bag. I need just a little bit bigger one, so I had to return it. I will buy Jitney Sheila Crossbody. I must say that Zappos' return process was beyond expectation! Not only was the process quick, but they kept me posted of the return and refund process via emails, so I did not need to check UPS' website for its process. Good job, Zappos! I definitely will shop here again!

Bought the bag in black for a trip, my regular bag is big, has no top zipper and is red. While the price was a bit high I trust Cole Haan and didn't have time to shop around. Thanks to Zappos it arrived in time for my trip and worked well. I didn't realize it had an expansion zipper around the bottom. I appreciated the extra room this provided but didn't love the extra hardware.

This bag is great looking with nice leather and it is a nice size for my teen daughter, who I bought it for. Unfortunately there is something wrong with the top zipper. I bought the first one from Bloomingdale and returned it after she discovered that the zipper sticks repeatedly while trying to unzip it. It is like the zipper is too long for the length of the top of the bag - it is not catching on anything, but curls a bit while you try to zip and unzip it. Anyway, Bloomies did not have another to exchange so I returned it and found it here at Zappos with lots of great reviews and no mention of the zipper being a problem. We were very sad to receive the bag from Zappos and experience the exact same problem. So, back it goes, and I won't try to reorder. I'm surprised no one else has written about this problem yet. Too bad - it is a really cute style and seems to be very well made otherwise.
