My daughter has had this same style shoe in every size since she first began wearing shoes (in the brown leather with pale pink stitching). We keep coming back to it because it goes with everything and is a healthy shoe for her feet. She wore this latest size for the first time earlier this week and decided to climb a tree in them after school. Her foot got stuck between two branches and I just knew they would be ruined, but they did not even have a scratch. I am continually amazed by the durability of these shoes! The pair she had last year look brand new even after wearing them frequently to church and school. I believe they run true to size, but every pair comes with the flex fit system, which is basically an extra insole that you can add under the regular insole if the shoe is a little on the large side. As your child's foot grows, you just remove it. It is very easy. This also comes in handy when trying to see where your child's toe is hitting. I just take the insoles out, have her stand on them and I can see exactly how much room she has left. No more mashing on her toes and guessing if they fit. I cannot say enough about these shoes. Buy them! You will love them!

These shoes looked so cute, but they were scuffed the second day my daughter wore them. They look awful. Pediped are such good shoes; I was so disappointed.

I bought these for my two year old daughter who is a Pediped baby. This is the first brand she wore when she first started walking and has collected over 30 pairs. The Flex style is great because of the insoles that you can add/remove to extend the life of the shoes. The shoes are very comfortable and my daughter loves wearing them.
I'd also recommend: Stride Rite

I purchased the shoes for my 5 year old daughter. They were too small. I wanted to exchange them. I called Zappos and was able to talk to a real person. They shipped me a bigger size, and I got it the next day! The shoes were exactly as described. In perfect condition. I would recommend Zappos to everyone. I bought these for my 3 yr old, and my 6 yr old niece. They run true to size. They wore them right off to church w/o rubbing any spots or complaining afterward. I have always had good luck with Pediped from back to the soft shoe days.

These shoes are great! They go with everything and fit my daughter's feet very well. When she outgrows one size we buy this same style in the next size up.
