Palladium Reviews
These were not the boots I was looking for. I wish I could return them. Pro: They look pretty good. Con: The heel area is so uncomfortable I can't wear them. The backing in the heel is harsh and cheap. The removable insole is incredibly thin and dead flat.
I saw a friend wearing Palladium shoes in black and I loved them and immediately came home and searched for them on Zappos. I got the Palladium Baggy and they are so cute and really comfortable. I love the colors and wear them with skinny jeans. I haven't worn them with a dress yet but probably will.
This boot feels great. I am a geologist, and needed a good boot for gripping rocky slopes while hiking. I also ride a motorcycle to the office. This boot looks great, and is ultra comfortable. It flexes in the right places, but gives me ankle and toe support and protection. I bought two different colors as a result.
I bought this shoe based on the reviews I had read. I went ahead and ordered the size 9 which is the size I generally wear with socks. When they arrived and I opened the box, I loved the look! Then when I tried them on , I was SO happy! These shoes/boots are so comfortable, right out of the box! I forget that I am wearing them and that says a lot....I work part-time as a landscaper, so I am on my feet a lot. The only thing I would offer is that you may need to buy an insole with an arch. These really have no arch support, but there is room for them! Go ahead and order these with confidence, they are so cute, you'll want to wear them everywhere, I need more in other colors!
First pair and love them. I am definitely buying another pair, probably the Hi tops. Would highly recommend. Very comfortable to wear all day.
I love these shoes. They take a beating and still last forever. I wear these eight hours a day, 5 days a week and they have not faded, started to wear at any seams nor have they become less comfortable. They are a great light pair of boots to work or just kick around in. In addition, I don't go a day without people asking where I got them.
Keep the top eyelets loosely tied, and this is one of the most comfortable canvas boots out there: light, flexible, but supportive enough to work a full day on your feet. I experienced significant chafing around the upper ankle during the break-in period, but I am glad that I toughed it out. These are a daily staple now and otherwise incredibly comfy.
These boots were a great gift for my husband! He says they are very comfortable and provide plenty of support...important because he works on his feet all day. And they are cool to look at and wear. Both important working in Mississippi in the summer
Amazing shoes. The material is great quality and they are very comfortable. They are also, slightly water proof. They will stay dry during a moderate drizzle. However, they do dry quickly after being soaked by a down pour. Great stuff.
Bought these for my little bro... He has been admiring my Palladium's so I got him his first pair. He said they fit perfectly and he's already gotten a lot of compliments at his high school.. PS I highly recommend waterproofing all your canvas style sneakers or boots. Lengthens their life!
I think a common phrase echoed in reviews about Palladiums is this.. They look so much better in person than online... These shoes are a high fashioned styled sneaker. Great look and fit is very true, so if you are wearing thick sneaker socks it fits perfectly in my estimation. Some may want a little more looseness so you might want a 1/2 size up.. Bought the 2 colors offered on Zappos and I'm going to get the white/silver/red pair on the Palladium site. Great purchase.
I bought this shoe to replace old Chucks and Tretorn shoes that I've worn out. I have wide feet at the toes and narrow at the heel and these shoes were comfortable, so they might fit wide on a regular foot. They don't make your feet look extremely long the way Chucks do. I started wearing them immediately and they were comfortable immediately and didn't need breaking in.
I've had my Palladium's for almost a month & I'm more than satisfied with the look & feel of these great boots. My musician friends love the look & I let them feel the weight & a few have placed orders. These boots have serious "Swag" appeal. Size in this style is spot on. (These aren't my first set of Palladium boots. I first got introduced to them in Boston while working retail in college.)
Great fitting, comfortable boots straight out of the box. I initially had concerns about the rubber toe cap being uncomfortable, but that's a non-issue. I bought these for an upcoming trip to Europe and I'm glad I did.
Great boots! I have wide feet so I bought half a size larger and it fits like a glove. People keep asking me, where'd you get 'nem boots?
I love these boots! Very comfortable walking street or hiking trails! Leather is soft and flexible. An application of weatherproofing is all these need!
It's a really cute sneaker with the sole of a low profile hiking boot. I wear them for everyday casual wear. They are very comfortable considering that they have no arch support. I use arch inserts and they fit right in without making the shoe feel tight. They feel true to size, size 9, and true to width, maybe a smidge wider then average which works out for me.
These boots were perfect out of the box...no break-in time necessary. The green was bit brighter than I expected, but I love them nonetheless. I have wide, flat feet & wear a 9.
Ordered a men's 7, women's 8 and it was definitely a size too large. I'm a woman and this definitely felt more like a men's shoe. Will be reordering in the Pampa Hi.
These shoes look great!!! I have a pair of their hi-tops and love them, so wanted to add a low-top shoe. They do run big, though. I am a solid 8.5 and these are definitely a half size + long...and I am wearing two pairs of socks... one thin, one thick. What is stopping me from returning them is that, as others have remarked, they do run narrow so the front toe box is not sloppy at all. There is NO arch support, so if you need that then these shoes are not for you and buying an arch support insert may not work unless you have rather narrow feet.
I've never worn high tops before in fear that I would look like a clown (being tall and thin) but I bought them on a whim for the transition from winter to spring. As soon as I put them on, I thought "wow I never want to take these off!". Very comfy, super cute, and very good quality. Took a hike or two to wear them in, but did not kill my feet in the process. I get lots of compliments on my "sneaker-boots", And I'm glad to not look like everyone else wearing Chucks.
