My first experience with Zappos. I had excellent service and the shoes fit well but the one problem was the leather. It began cracking on the shoes with very little wear. Since I don't wear them often I was upset about this. I only wore them 5 to 10 times before the cracking and spliting of the leather began. The soles are not nearly worn out but the leather is damaged beyond repair with very little use. I have never seen this in a shoe and I would not recommend this brand again.

I can't speak highly enough about these shoes! I think one of the best things about them is their construction, which seems of highest stds and quality. They look like they would be bulky, heavy and uncomfortable (not!) They also, believe it or not, can be used for dress of work casual (talk about flexible). And I think they will work in all 4 seasons. The leather is beautifully done! And, best of all, I have bad feet and they still are comfortable and they breathe!! I wear 1 9.5 and 9.5 is spot on! (unusual these days from my experience (every thing else seems to run way too large or way too small) Thanks to Frye and thanks very much to an awesome company" Zappos. I have worked with none finer on the web, ever!

I had the shoe for 2 months before they ripped at the seams, between the sole and the toe area. Cheaply made, no doubt about it.
