Onex Reviews
I normally wear a size 7, so I ordered an 8, based on the other recommendations that Onex runs small. The shoes are so cute, but the 8 is also short, my toes hang over the edge. I may try these on at a dept. store to see how the 9 fits. I would not order these shoes online - too difficult to size correctly.
I loved the style and thought that I would give these shoes a try. I checked the reviews to give myself the best chance at a fit However, they did not work for me. In most sandals I wear an 8, and due to a bunion on one foot I need something that will work with that problem. Usually something described as wide. Well, these certainly are wide. They were too wide. And the upper band was way too big, and I have a high instep, so I figured that would not be a problem. Not only that, I felt no arch support. The height of the shoe (I am not used to much heel, with my foot problems, but I wanted to try a higher heel) appealed. But with the looseness of the straps, I felt very unsteady and in danger of falling with the slightest unevenness in floor/road surface. At 66, I worry about falling, so these shoes just did not work for me. They do not come in half sizes, and the 8 fit my feet just right as far as the sole length. It was the other things that made the shoes just not for me. I also ordered the Naot white sandal with a 1" heel. I buy lots of Naots. Those were much better, with a sole surface that tends to grip the foot, unlike the Onex which was slick, adding to my feelings of unsteadiness. Just that the Naots in white (the color I wanted) did not have anything with much heel. So, I guess I am just not going to have the sexy long, legged look.
This is the most comfortable high sandal I've ever owned. I have 3 pair in different colors and am going to order two more. And they look wonderful on your feet.
This shoe is very narrow and very short! However, it looks absolutely beautiful on! (I ordered it in cork.) I am going to try a larger size, and hope it works. Onex makes very comfortable shoes, and this one is less comfortable than others I have tried, but it is also much prettier.
I just love the Onex sandals but they don't fit. I wear an 81/2 or 9, and since there is no half size, I have tried both the 8 and the 9 in several styles, and none of them fit. I can't keep them on my feet while walking. So sad!
These shoes are exactly what I was looking for! I have lupus and arthritis in my feet and need supportive, but comfy shoes. I'm in my 30s so hard to find stylish ones that fit that bill, but these too. Love em!
Love these sandals. These are my second pair of Onex. There is no break in period - these are comfortable from the first time I wore them.
I love the Onex Miley. This is my second pair of Mileys I have had. Have had many compliments on them and they are so comfortable and look good with pants or skirts.
This is a very flattering style, but, as some Onex thongs do, this ran small. However, I own 3 colors, but I had to exchange my normal 9 for a 10. I wish Onex came in half sizes.
Love, love, love these shoes. Very comfortable and very cute. I own several pairs of Onex shoes and they are the most comfortable brand EVER and they are made in the USA. Straight out of the box, I can walk in them all day. I never have to break them in.
I purchased these and didn't like the way they looked on at all. They reminded me of old lady sandals and made my toes look very long. I was surprised because onex always makes a great sandal.
Highly recommended! These were comfy the first time I wore them. I like that the lower part is rubber so it stays clean, and is not as hard as wood.
The quality of this shoe is not the same as all my other Onex shoes (and I have many). The instep material is really quite flimsy and tends to gap a bit. I did keep them and after wearing they are just as comfortable as the others but I would like the maker to up the quality as it was in the past.
These Onex Puffy shoes are extremely comfortable and come in many different fun colors. I have bad knees, wide feet and a pinched nerve, so I can just wear any shoes with discomfort. A friend recommend Onex to me and I have bought them ever since. I go up half a size in certain styles. Overall, I have been very happy with the service and the comfort of the shoes. I will order again in the near future!
This is a very nice sandal for the price. I am a size 6 1/2 or 7, depending on the shoe, and the 7 fits me perfectly, no room to spare, so they might run a tiny bit small. If you are a 1/2 size, the next whole size up should do it. The fake cork is much nicer looking than I thought it would be. These sandals look great with pants and shorts and are very comfortable.
The shoe is very comfortable, but it don't last. I bought this pair may be less than a month and the plastic part came apart. So if you want to spend a lot for comfortable sandal that last less than a month then go for it.
I do love the looks and especially, the comfort of these shoes. The only con is that they are half a size smaller than I would like. But I cannot believe how comfortable they are right out of the box. I will definitely try this brand again. But I am an 8½ and my 9 is close to being too short. But no way will I ever order a 10. They need to get their sizes more in line with the other shoe companies.
This is my 3rd pair of Onex Puffy. I like them because of the cushioned sole which is a great help when standing on cement or tile floors. I originally bought a half size larger than my true size because they do not make half sizes. This time I bought a half size smaller because the upper soft leather stretches so much. It's a wonderfully comfortable shoe, but in time it will precede you down the stairs. Therefore, I recommend buying them a little snug.
Very classy, love this dressy shoe! Not very comfortable, arches cramped, but for sitting most of the time worth it.
Love 'em! I purchased these in the white and in the black/silver. Super cute and comfortable...wore them from 9a.m. to 9p.m. no problems. True to size, however, the black/silver straps are slightly larger than the white, not enough to be an issue.
