I ordered the wrong size hat the first time and had no problem at all returning it at no charge and the second one was the correct fit and just what I wanted. Thank you Zappos.

Zappos has a great website. They get your order to you as fast as possible and also have a great return policy. Zappos seems to take pride in customer service, which is important. products are packaged nicely too. Nothing but wonderful experiences with Zappos so far.

This is a great, authentic on field cap worn by the SF Giants. Keep in mind caps shrink a little from sweat and moisture, so don't freak if your size feels a little bit out of the box.

I usually buy my hats at a local shop but they no longer have the selection they used to so I ordered this one and quality is the same and it was cheaper! Was very happy!

The hat is a flexfit hat, aka no snapback, and fits perfectly. I haven't had a hat that actually fit this well ever, but I also had never measured my head before so I now know what size my head is. Anyhow the style is perfect, although there was no New Era logo on the side of the hat, the back had the authentic baseball logo which was one of the perks. Simple and elegant.

Quality was fine but the size was unexpected. I own the same brand of hat in the same hat size (7-3/8) with a different team logo and this hat was much bigger.

I bought this hat so I could wear it to one of their games. This hat is very comfortable and is one of my favorite.

I bought this for my boyfriend for his birthday and he loves it. His only complaint was that it seemed to initially be a little tighther in the front behind the bill but after wearing it a few times this was no longer a problem!

This is an excellent company. The order was done in a complete, efficient manner -- the merchandise was of the most up to date variety and genuine. The service is accurate and quick -- coming from across the country the order arrived at my home within 2-3 days.

Buying fitted hats online can be tricky, but I figured if Zappos has the shoes online thing mastered, there really was no risk at all. It's nice, lighter weight material and even though navy blue, not too hot for summer. Also, it's not fading, staining or showing sweat lines around the rim. I don't think my son's taken it off since he got it for his birthday! He's a "tiger" who takes his sports garb seriously.

This may be my favorite hat I've ever bought the colors are better than the picture and the size is just right (I got smallest size). Overall, I love this hat and it came in just 1 day and well packaged too!

I've been looking for this size in this style for a while. I'm very happy to have found it! The only thing is that I wish you had more of this size in other teams and styles. Otherwise, it's a great hat!

Excellent ordered arrived the next day and was exactly what I had been looking for no footlocker are any of the other stores had this particular cap I got it and it looks great
