I love these shoes! I have wide feet, and I tend to cramp up with some shoes. These are great for my cross training, and they feel so light on my feet! I can use my energy for the workout, and not to lift my shoes. Plus, the thinner soles allow for more agility - without diminishing comfort. I'll definitely buy these again!

This is a great cross-trainer that works well with a variety of exercises! I've used them for Zumba classes, different workout DVDs and treadmill and elliptical workouts. They are light weight but with plenty of support!

These are so light and heavenly! I have so much trouble finding shoes that work for my crappy feet- they cramp up at the drop of a hat when I am doing impact aerobics. My feet did not cramp up once with these and I did a combination of floor and step aerobics! I absolutely LOVED them!! They are not super cushiony but they worked beautifully! They are also true to size.

Was in need of a training shoe as I only owned running or trail shoes. Wanted something that would be comfortable yet simple, but not exactly minimalist. Overall I'm very happy with the shoe as it is comfortable, very lightweight, and very breathable. There is plenty of room for the foot. If you normally wear a wide, you may find that the medium is just fine for you. I do have to say though that they seem to run about a half size too big, and I could have probably benefited more from an 8 vs the 8.5 for a better fit. Use for Insanity workouts.

Very nice shoes. I wear them mostly for aerobic class, sometimes for shopping. They are very lightweight, and have good arch support, but not too much. I wear Injinji toe socks with them.
