I loved the fit until I stood up to walk. Once I paced on the carpet to see how the shoe felt when I walked, the lack of or the perception of no heel support was disconcerting. My heel sloped backwards. I felt that the heel needed to feel like a regular heel in a shoe. I chose to return the shoes (bought white and black) rather than deliberately sabotage my joy. I really rely on the ball of the foot, bunion area, and toe are for maximum comfort. This shoe gives it; it is just the lack of heel support that made me send them back. Overall, I would recommend the shoe for folks with sensitive feet. It is comfortable, and the style is not hard on the eye. I'm just stuck on the heel discomfort when I walked.

These shoes seemed comfortable at first, but after working 3 12 hour shifts in a row my feet were very sore. Not enough arch support and caused my feet to pronate putting pressure on my big toes.

I never review items I purchase online, but these shoes are such quality that I felt compelled to write a review this time. My orthotics fit perfectly in them, the toe box is just the right size and the technology used in the soles makes you feel like you are walking on springs. They are very soft and comfortable. I can wear them with no socks if I so desire. Last, but not least, I get a lot of compliments on them because they are very fashion forward. I absolutely love these shoes! I am buying a second pair in another color.
I'd also recommend: stuart weitzman

This is an extremely comfortable shoe. If you have heel pain issues, this shoe is for you. It puts no pressure on the heel area and is comfortable for the whole day.
I'd also recommend: Clarks, Merrell, Munro American

I bought these for my 86 year old aunt who is very fussy and frequently has swollen feet. She says wearing them is actually like walking on air.

This is by far the most comfortable thing I ever put on my feet. I don't want to take them off. From 5am till 8pm these sneakers are on my feet. I feel like I'm walking on air. I want to purchase another pair so I'll always have a fresh pair to put on.
