The Nathan Trail Mix belt has minimal bounce and is very comfortable. I'm very pleased with this purchase. In the past I have used the FuelBelt and it bounced all over the place and was extremely uncomfortable. My only con with the Nathan Trail belt is the caps on the bottle don't seal completely and leak a little bit. I would definitely recommend this product to runners of any level.

I was skeptical about the bounce. I've had other waist packs that say "no bounce" - and they bounced. Like crazy. This one didn't. Of course, I had to find the sweet spot, and then it was perfect. I've also had the - ride up to my boobs waist pack. This doesn't do that. Thank goodness. I'm very happy with this little pack. Pocket size is perfect for my iPhone 5 with the otterbox cover, I could have also fit a few gel packs in there as well.

I really wanted to like this over the more traditional stand up aerobottle. It mounts super easy, looks pretty cool, but at the end of the day, its volume seems small. Its not that easy to fill. The straw positioning is okay, but not great, for me anyway. Compared with the retail price of about, Zappos price seemed like a deal. Some may like it. I just finished Ironman France and used the old style bottle instead. For a short race you don't need to refill, I'd probably use it. Hope this helps.

After searching for a belt and reading reviews I decided on a Nathan belt and I'm glad I did. It held my iPhone5, no case on it, perfectly. The little pouch held a handful of pretzels, Chapstick and a bandaid. It stayed in place, didn't bounce and I even forgot I had it on. If you're looking for a great belt, I would recommend this one!

I need water while running and didn't want to carry anything my hand. I wear this with the bottle against my lower back and after getting it adjusted right, it is comfortable and doesn't bounce. It's a little hard to unzip the pocket when it's on my back but easy to bring around to the front if needed.

My only issue is trying to find the right way to wear it. If it's too much to the front then your leg will bounce it with each step. But if you wear it to the back then it's harder to grab for a drink. I will figure it out. Love the storage and the ability to be hands free while out for a jog or walk.

I bought this for my son for Christmas and he loves it, he puts water and ice in it every night before bed and it's still cold when he gets up in the morning.

I, like so many other runners, have struggled to find hydration devices that are comfortable and meet my needs. I'm pretty small - 5'4 and 109 lbs - so most hydration back packs are too large for me. The Nathan Intensity is a decent fit for my small frame, although still a little larger than I'd like around the rib cage. I also really need pockets that I can access w/o taking the pack off so I can get to gels, tissues, camera, etc. This pack has several front pockets that fit my needs. I have used the pack on three 10-mile trail runs and found that after I get the pack on and start running, I adjust quickly to the weight and feel of it. I'm only giving 4 stars because I find that the straps loosen a bit while I run, and I have to adjust them several times during my outings. Also, the tubing does not come off easily for cleaning, and the fitting between bladder and tube came apart leaving the fitting in the bladder. I believe the fitting is suppose to come out of the bladder. Also, as others have expressed, the bite valve and/or bladder do have an unpleasant taste, but I'm getting used to it. Overall I'm happy with it. Time will tell as I get into summer months whether it makes me too hot or is still comfy with tank tops.

I bought this bag for a fishing trip during thanksgiving on the beach. It was great to add gear and really anything. I was happy the sand was easily washed. It's also bigger than expected and it is very lightweight. It really is an "everything" bag.

I think this is a great, functional running water bottle and I have used it on many 8+mile runs. The pouch/pocket is a great size for keys, ID, etc. I have trouble keeping the strap tight enough, but I have very skinny hands. The grip is pretty natural (and I have super long fingers so I would expect it would work for men as well). I agree that the bottle does feel a little slimy if you put cold liquids in and then go running in heat/humidity, but what water bottle wouldn't get condensation. The bottle is easy to drink from and easy to open/close while running.

Really great for outdoor activities. I use it for running, hiking and it fits everything I need. I usually have my iPhone 5, iPod and keys inside. It doesn't shift while moving and it sits close to the body. Really happy with this purchase. Was exactly what is was looking for.

Ordered and received my Nathan Trail Mix running belt with water bottles 2 days ago and, after reading some negative reviews about bottle leakage, I decided I needed to put it to a good test immediately. Took a 10.5 mile run and the belt felt and worked fantastic! It felt snug and comfortable the entire time, and never bounced once. Loved the snap closure and just enough elasticity to the belt. The velcro tabs to secure the excess belt ends was a nice addition. The two bottles stayed snug and secure and never splashed, spit or leaked a bit, from full to empty. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Holds my iPhone 5 in an otterbox, doesn't bounce and invisible under my shirt. What more could you ask for?!

As my first running water bottle, I think this one is "OK." I find myself changing hands every couple of miles because it starts to feel pretty slimy with my sweaty hands on the plastic. My husband has one also and it's a bit tight on his hands and he has rather average sized man hands. The pocket is a good size and fits my iPhone 5 with its case. Overall, I think the size of the bottle is good, it looks nice, and it serves it's purpose. I'd prefer if it didn't feel so slimy and if the hand grip was a bit larger.

As a runner who is slowly progressing towards marathons, I found myself in need of more water during my runs. I had heard about Nathan through some of my running friends, and decided to give the Trail Mix a try. I am so glad that I did. The belt is so comfortable I forget that it is there half the time. The flasks are super squeezy with easy to open caps - plus the caps are soft so they do not bang against my teeth like other bottles that I have had. The pocket is great for carrying my phone and keys, as well as my jelly beans (gotta keep my sugar up on long runs!). Plus, I love the color! All around, I could not be more pleased with this purchase, and will definitely purchase more Nathan products in the future.

Love it! It holds just enough water for 3-5 mile runs -- any more than that, or if you like to drink a lot while you're running, and I think you'd need a larger bottle. I waffled between this and the larger, 22 oz. bottle, but I'm glad I went for the smaller size. It's super light and the hand strap is great; I don't even notice the bottle once I put it on.

I don't know why someone said that a smartphone won't fit in this. That is why I bought mine and use it all the time. Fits great! The elastic band that goes around the waist is very soft and doesn't bind or dig in (which I like) but because it is so soft it stretches a little more than I like and I seem to be cinching it up quite often so it doesn't become too loose.

I got this water bottle for medium and long runs during my half marathon training. The shape is perfect for fitting into your hand and easily taking a sip without losing stride; I barely even noticed it because the strap holds it in place without holding/gripping it. I have taken it on several 10+ mile jogs and it doesn't leak. I also love the little pouch (which seems pretty waterproof) that can hold a key, money, credit card, bandaids, etc. For me, the 10 oz capacity is perfect. I tend to have to refill it around 8 or 9 miles, but I would personally rather have to refill than carry more weight.
