This machine is the best. If you like egg mc muffins from McDonald's, you will love this egg cooker. It's almost magic how it works. You will save a lot of time and gasoline making mc muffins at home. It does hard or soft boiled eggs, and it makes the best poached eggs I ever had. Priced very reasonable. I bought a few of these for gifts. Zappos is the only place you can buy this cooker with the 2 poached egg trays included. Every place else only sells this machine without the trays for more money. Plus this cooker comes with an automatic timer.

I really wanted to like this. Very attractive and the right size. It was tricky trying to place the kettle on the base, it doesn't seat smoothly. The biggest problem is it doesn't boil water. It is an electronic tea pot.

Works great, poke a fairly small hole in the top of the egg rather than a bigger hole or you'll see a bit of a mess inside the cooker from the egg white getting out. I kind of like in between the hard boiled and the medium boiled so I just fill the water level to halfway between the marks. This is an easy to use egg cooker, easy wash bottom and parts. Nice that you can coil the cord around the base when you're not using it. The unit is compact and not a big counter space hog. The buzzer is nice and loud so you can hear it while you're doing other things in the house, which is the point of the egg cooker, you don't have to watch the water boil in the pan and then cover it up and start watching the pan, Others commented that the felt it should turn itself off, I disagree since you need to get the eggs out immediately and get them in the ice water to make them easier to peel. I only use an egg a day so I do four at a time to keep them fresh.

I have used almost every kind of coffee maker out there. My biggest complaint is that the carafes drip out coffee onto the counter and down the side of it as you try to pour the coffee. This is also a problem when trying to pour the water into the top of the maker when preparing to make a pot of coffee. I am happy to say that this has been taken care of with this carafe. Other than that this maker seems to make a quality cup of coffee. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Its a nice coffee maker. Only bad design is the opening were you pour in water its very narrow if you don't have a steady hand. Splash! Also the older krups coffee maker had a stronger glass pot new one very thin easy to brake. Also you cannot remove the lid if you try it will brake. An xmas gift.

This slow juicer is awesome! Pretty easy to clean. Only thing that I could complain about it the size of opening to put veggies and fruits but it's a minor issue. If you are looking for a good juicer for greens. This product is great!

I have been using my egg cooker for a week now and it seems to be very satisfactory at making hard boiled eggs. I have not had as much luck with soft but I am still working on getting the water level right.

Only buy if you want just espresso as the streamer nozzle will break then they will send a newer streamer nozzle replacement which they did for me four times! Still failed - all four of them! Can't use the streamer on this machine - so disappointing! They would send another one but why try again? So disappointing!

Nothing like a fresh cooked, hot, hard boiled egg (or egg salad). Purchased to replace a similar product that wore out after a number of year. The Krups Egg Cooker is compact and works very well. The eggs came out perfectly, just be sure to add EXACTLY the specified amount of water. In contrast to other reviewers, I had no issues piercing the egg shell with the handy-dandy tool.

I ordered this because my last machine was a Krups and it worked great for years. This new design is okay but the dome shaped top makes it difficult to grasp and remove.

Coffee Maker performs as promised for the first couple months, time will tell more I guess. It's somewhat larger than the Krups it replaced for no apparent reason, and the water fill opening is smaller. Those would be my minor negatives on this model. As usual, Zappos' service was amazing.

This is the third one I have owned. The oldest just kept leaking water...it was old. The next stopped working after 4 weeks, but unfortunately I had not purchased the Krups from Zappos. The current one is working great.

Works very well for all types of eggs. I have had one for over 10 years and I have had no problem with it. I recently bought one for my sister, who is always in a rush in the morning, and she loves it. The biggest problem is that it is difficult to read the clear plastic on the size moniter.

Can't evaluate this item. As I bought it as a gift for my Daughter she has said how much she loves it though especially the poaching feature. I will say this, however, that we had our last Krups egg cooker for over 20, yes 20, years until it finally quit sad day we felt like we lost a friend so naturally wouldn't buy anything else!

This is an awesome coffee maker. I had a similar model Krups for more than 8 years. I purchased Bunn unit and took it back within 4 days because of a malfunction. I then bought this unit and the coffee is rich and bold. Coffee comes out hot enough for me to not be too hot. With the screen cone filter, the coffee taste even better than my last Krups unit that I used paper cone filters with. Sharp looking accessory on my countertop as well. Simple, easy to use and very affordable. This one is a winner!

I am a coffee lover. I love the aroma, flavor, everything about it. I drink my coffee black. I buy my beans whole, store them in a vacuum sealed, airtight container and grind them fresh for each pot. I use cold filtered water to brew. I am serious about my coffee. Here is my review of the Krups KT720D50. Positive: - It is a really sexy looking machine. It feels like quality. Where you see stainless steel it feels like stainless steel and not plastic made to look like stainless. I have read negative reviews about the fingerprints on the stainless. WD-40 on a paper towel will keep your stainless looking new at all times. That is a really lame reason not to get something this gorgeous. - It has a thermal carafe and no heating element in the base. I hate my coffee cooked all day on a heating element. Yuk! In fact, it has this cool looking clear plastic floating base with a sculpted middle to hold the pot in the exact correct position to brew. I took the temperature of my first cup. I got my second cup about 2 hours later and it had only lost 2 degrees in temperature. - It is simple. There are 4 simple buttons and no stupid clock (why do I need another clock in the kitchen?) and no useless timer to break. I grind my beans fresh, remember? Leaving them sit in the filter basket overnight to dry out doesn't make good coffee. Put your water in the night before, but add your coffee in the morning and press the button. Brew time is about 10 minutes. You can wait. The hardest part of using this machine is deciding whether to push the regular brew or the aroma brew. - The filter is conical rather than flat bottomed so the brew is richer. The spray head thoroughly saturates the beans to extract flavor. It came with a permanent filter, which was a nice bonus. Paper filters will absorb the essential oils that should be in your coffee. Use the permanent kind and always keep it clean by emptying and rinsing right after use and you will be happier with your coffee's flavor. - The machine has an aroma button to brew more slowly allowing for a stronger brew, if desired. - The size fits under my cabinet and does not stick out obtrusively as it looks in the photo, so do not be afraid. Do measure the distance between your countertop and the bottom of your cabinet to make sure it will fit if this will sit on a counter. This is a tall machine. - This is so easy to fill. There are two ways. Do not listen to the nay-sayers. I use filtered water from a PUR pitcher, so I just open the hole at the top and fill with water, then close the hole and press the button to brew. Yep. It's that easy. Or you could press the release button on the water reservoir, remove it from the back of the machine, fill it with water, then push it back in place until it clicks. So easy. People are complaining that they can't get water into the unit without it spilling all over the counter. I have to think that this is a user error. It isn't that hard. I have also read negative reviews that people had to slide the unit out from under the cabinet to fill. Come on! Have you ever owned a machine where that wasn't the case? Is this really a problem in America? - The cool blue lights on the machine add to the sexy factor and I really like the soft open / soft close swing out filter basket that is controlled by a release button. I have also read negative reviews that the buttons look the same for the water reservoir and the filter basket releases and it is hard not to mistake them. Again, user error. The basket button shows a coffee bean on it and the water reservoir button shows a water droplet on it. Again, not that hard. - There is also a cool blue light under the water reservoir so you can see how much water is left to brew during the brew cycle. I have read a negative review that complained that she couldn't read the water level. I strain under the weight of responsibility to correct these inaccurate reviews. - This is the first coffee carafe that I have owned in years that doesn't drip. Not a single drop. It pours perfectly with no mess whatsoever. I have read reviews of the opposite and I can only assume that they were written by people who didn't actually buy the machine and just like to post negative reviews. - And finally, this sucker brews a pretty good cup of hot coffee. I was surprised at the full flavor and smoothness due to what I am about to tell you in the negative column. Negative: - Optimal coffee brewing temperature is between 197 - 204. This is very difficult to achieve in a home brewer, I know. I have scoured reviews and the only one that seems to consistently hit the mark is Bunn, but I think they are energy inefficient in that they hold the next pot of water in a heated holding tank until you are ready to brew again. The water tastes stale and transfers to your coffee. Scale builds in them. Making less than half a pot can screw with the amount in the holding tank and mess up your next pot. I'm just not a Bunn fan. Anyhow, the brew temp reads 160 on the Krups. I have taken the temp in the basket and in the brewed coffee. It may brew at a slightly higher temp as it is impossible to test during the actual brew cycle. I have also read elsewhere that sometimes you have to break in a coffee maker and the brew temperature will improve with use. We'll see. As mentioned above, I am slightly dissatisfied, but the end result is a really good cup of coffee, so I am okay with this. It is, however, the reason for four stars rather than 5. - The push to serve button on the lid on the carafe seems fragile. I will handle it as such, but I have my concerns how well it will hold up. The lid functions by depressing the thumb lever so that the top pivots open to pour. You push the lid back down manually when you are done. It doesn't automatically flip back down, which would have been a better design, as you will lose the heat in the pot if you (read: my husband) forget to push it down after serving. That said, if you do push it down, it seals pretty well and you can tip the pot without coffee leakage. - This is an 8 (eight) cup pot. Don't believe what it tells you. You will get 8 dainty cups or 4 good ol' American coffee mugs full of coffee out of a full pot on this machine. Adjust your coffee scoops accordingly. I used 5 scoops in my first pot and boy was it strong. I had to take a Sominex to go to sleep that night. I use 2 scoops to brew half a pot and it is plenty rich. I will get my two mugs of coffee or a little better than a full to-go mug in the morning from a half pot. - Can be too tall for some counter/cabinet installations. I am sad for you if this is your circumstance because you are missing out on a pretty good machine. I have had smoother coffee from a percolator. I understand the best brew is from a press-pot, but my first experience with press-pot coffee was messy and not pleasurable. Both involve a lot of personal involvement and time in brewing a pot of coffee. Vacuum pots also involve too much of my cooperation and they are dangerous, inconsistent and potentially messy. I tried brewing my own coffee for a while, but in the end, I needed a little more convenience and freedom in the morning and an automatic brewer gives me that. For now, I am one happy customer.

This coffee maker will make you regret the day you bought it with passionate fury. Its pitcher is designed to spill all over your counter and cup. The button to release the filter and the water holder look identical and once the water holder is out it's impossible to lock back, so it will spill another 6 cups of water on your counter. Also for the money why doesn't it have a timer? Or any features that work properly?
