I am always looking for woven uppers on shoes because they mold to your feet. The turquoise is a great color, and the toe has a slight point on the top, kind of like a fairy shoe. And who doesn't need a pair of fairy shoes in her collection? The only drawback is the sole is very lightweight foam, and slides easily. On hardwood or tile floors, these are slippery. Also, the plastic has a very strong smell, which I'm hoping will wear off.
LOVE them! The footbed molds to your foot, so the arch support improves a little bit after the first few wears. If you need strong arch support, I wouldn't recommend these shoes. The outer soles seems like they'd disintegrate, but they've held up well so far to city walking. Super comfortable, fun style and colors.
I thought because the other reviews I would get a 5 1/2 my size is 6 1/2 lucky for me the smallest was 6, there just right maybe tiny bit small I have wide feet they tightness is in the toe. The heel is a bit big but my foot stays in. I love them the top covers the toes and the space between but I have short toes. if I get more I will get 6 1/2 so I would say if you have wide feet get your size for narrow get smaller.
I love these shoes. Having had two knee replacements, it is inevitable that the shoe of the day, morning and night will be a sneaker type shoe. Ugh! What a dilemma, so when I came upon these shoes I was overjoyed. They run very large, so you have to go down about a size and a half. They fit a wide foot very nicely without having to order a W width. I will be ordering the black ones next. I'm so glad Zappos added them to their selection...Zappos rocks.
I was really bummed that these did not work. The style is so cute, and the woven straps looked really comfortable and promising. Unfortunately, one shoe felt about a half size larger than the other. And both shoes were so loose around the foot. The felt like they were hanging half-off or ready to slip off as soon as I put them on. You certainly couldn't run in these, or even walk fast.
