I live on a sailboat in the West Indies for 6 months of the year. The reason I originally bought the Keen brand was to have a sandal that protected my toes on the boat. Now I buy them because they are comfortable and have great support. I even wear them to the gym. The Turia sandal is my favorite because they are light and very easy to get into and out of while still giving me great support. I wear them every day!

Great shoe! I was surprised at how long I could wear them without any discomfort. Wear them in the water without absorbing alot of water (aka getting heavy as hell). And they dried quick too. Loving them

I was looking for a shoe of this style without being a clunker and having good support. This shoe fits the the bill. I also use it for sailing.

I purchased these for my three week trip through SE Asia. They were EXACTLY what I needed. I don't normally wear sandals but didn't want to suffer through the heat and humidity. The sandals performed fantastically in various conditions! They protected my feet, kept me cool, and adapted wonderfully (whether on a boat, at the beach, hiking through the jungle, or at the mall!). They have good traction on wet surfaces (cement, asphalt, rocks, gravel, and sand) and don't mind getting wet. I had them fully submerged in fresh and saltwater at different times. The hard toe saved me several times and doesn't weigh down the shoe. The Keen Turia Sandal has plenty of ventilation and is well balanced. The sandal keeps its form and is easy to put on and adjust when needed. The heel strap did rub the bottom of my ankle a little bit until shoe softened up after a day. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

These sandals were exactly what I was looking for, they're comfortable and they fit great. Highly recommend them! A plus is that they are also made from high-tech synthetic materials, no leather.
