KangaROOS

Old school cool, and are built to last! This is my 2nd pair. My last pair lasted 3 years! And as a nanny I walk about 10 miles a day. These shoes are comfortable, made well and for the price cant be beat. I have bought other similar types of shoe that are other brands. These beat them all...

For at least the past five years, I've always had at least one pair of KangaROOS in my sneaker rotation. These black Combats are awesome and have silver leather around the shoe opening (where you slide your foot in) which makes them much more durable than previous versions that used suede/fabric. I usually wear size 10.5 (mans) and while the Combats seem to run a little narrow initially, the width stretches out over time. They also wear pretty good overall and typically the first thing I wear out is the sole. Definitely a great, stylish shoe.

I think this product is worth having. I mostly use them for work. I'm usually on my feet most of my shift and I need comfort and support. I'm glad I was able to use them and the kids at my daycare now know what a kangaroo is because of the logo.

I am very impressed with Zappos. The product, the service, and the delivery were 5 star. One small glitch is the dye in the shoes transfers some onto the laces. But they fit, feel, and look great! One of the first times I have found a 10 1/2 shoe -- awesome!

These always come a little stiff at first and may rub a bit in the back, but after wearing them around the house a little they loosened up. I love how my feet don't get hot in them. My last pair of Roos got gasoline on them, so while I waited for my new ones to arrive I wore my old Skechers shoes that were like little ovens on my feet.

I needed another pair of casual kicks that were fun. I ordered a size 7 initially, which is what I am consistently. They were too small so I ordered the 7.5 and those fit great. I have ordered another pair of Roos since and I also sized up in those. They run small by the same measure that Nikes do. They look good and are comfortable. I like to slip them on and off without re-tying the laces. I can do it, but they are stiff in the tongue area. I'm sure that will break in overtime though. I got the black with purple and yellow - I like the "skater" laces. They look good.

I loved these shoes for their cute, retro look. I have purple Pumas and wanted a red pair, but Roos were the only red tennis shoe available in my size. I returned these shoes because they were extremely firm - not at all cushioned or squishy. The sides were also very stiff. They may loosen up over time, but I wasn't willing to risk having another pair of tennis shoes that aren't at all comfortable! Going to have to wait for red Pumas to be available in my size.

My first pair of Kangaroos! I've wanted a pair of these for quite a while. I really like them; they look good and they feel fantastic! They really are one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes that I have. And the pocket on the side...classic.

This must be my 4th pair of Kangaroos. They are super retro on the outside, but super supportive on the inside. Great arch support and very comfy. Just a high quality brand. I'm glad they are still being made.

Love these shoes. They bring back great memories and I love showing I'm an 80's kid. They are pretty stiff though and not as comfy as I recall when I was a kid but that was a long time ago.

I have been wearing KanaROOS for many years. They are a terrific value and are both comfortable and attractive. I wear them to the gym and as walking shoes.

I am very happy that I purchased this shoe. The shoe is true to size and very comfortable. I plan on buying in other colors.

I love these shoes! KangaROOS fit my narrow feet super well, and they are cute and super comfy. The only downside was the back on the shoe rubbed against my Achilles for the first few times. Since then great!

I owned a pair of these shoes back in 1984, and I am amazed that they have remained unchanged. I just hope they have done their homework and they've improved the glue that holds the soles to the shoe. Back in 1984, these shoes looked awesome, just as they do today...but just don't get them too wet. The glue back then didn't hold well, and the soles literally came off the shoes. I am ordering a pair right now, and in the future I will write another review. I can write a review because I already owned a pair (back in '84). I can attest they feel like wearing puffy clouds in your feet. They are light, comfortable, they hold your foot with even, well distributed pressure (no pressure points on your feet), and they are extremely quiet shoes, even if you wet the soles they won't squeak on a tile floor. Walking with them is a true pleasure. I just hope the soles hold, unlike they did back in '84.

This is my first Combat but maybe my 4th KangaROOS shoes. I love them. They are retro without looking silly. I got the black/gold/purple pair. Very subdued but nice. Roos always seem extremely well supportive. I never need my orthotics with them. Two thumbs up!

My teenage daughter loves KangaROOS. She swears they are the most comfortable sneaker she has ever had! I think they are cute and actually love the fact that she always has just a couple dollars in the pocket! Wish the logo held up better and over time they start to look more worn than they actually are I think because the logo starts to rub off.

Super comfy and true to colors shown. I have a high arch, and this shoe has amazing arch support!

The arch support felt too far forward on my foot. I prefer shoes with squishy soles. These felt too firm for me. If you like firmer soles, you may like these shoes.

Really like these shoes. Def something different and a great price. They are kind of warm on your feet but so far make great everyday shoes.
