I was very pleased with the speed and friendly help that I recieved from Zappos's. I had ordered the wrong size of boot and they already had the larger size here before I could return the first pair. I was really impressed.

If you want warm feet, these boots are the best. I put these boots on in the morning inside the house and go into sub zero temps and my feet stay the same temp all day long. I wear these boots with Carhartt arctic clothing which helps everything stay warmer also. Spend the extra and you will not regret it!

I like these boots but the one drawback, which is huge in my opinion, is that the top of the boots is extra wide and it is almost impossible to fit them under my snowsuit. The pack boots I previously owned fit snug but not like these. If you're not trying to fit the leg of your suit over them, you'll be okay. I feel that if I continue trying to fit the snow pants legs over these boots the zippers will blow out.
I'd also recommend: Sorels "if" they were Made in USA [they're not]

My son fishes in a portable fish house so he stands on ice. Feet do not get cold. Top of boot does a little chaffing. So got him tall socks and everything is good.

Purchased the Helsinki to use for ice fishing in Canada where temps have reached -40 degrees. I ordered a full size larger for my average size 10 D and they were very tight in the toes and loose in the heel with a thin sock,if I was to purchase again it would be a full 2 sizes larger. This is a very warm boot. Thank you Zappos for your excellent service and friendly people.
