So far, so good...I bought these towels in the moss color to replace some pricey worn-out Abyss towels in our master bath. The color is exactly what I wanted and is true to the website color on my monitor. They are thick and absorb well. Not too many hanging threads after several washes, but we'll have to see if they can last six years under daily use like the other towels did. A good value for the money - thanks for carrying these, Zappos!

Love these wash cloths. Thick but not too thick to make it hard to wring out. Very soft, which is really what I was after. Use them every day and they wash up beautifully.

I so wanted to love this robe, but I guess I only like it. The belt loops (one set) are a few inches higher than my waistline, which is kind of uncomfortable. After one washing, I noticed the fabric had a 2 inch tear in it, near the seam on the front edge. I suppose I could have returned it and I'm sure Zappos would have replaced it, but I will probably try to mend it myself. The fabric is very soft, and I do like the color, I just feel like the quality isn't what I hoped for with the price.

I like a heavy sheet so this has been an adjustment to get used to these sheets. I went from 1200 thread count bamboo cotton blend to these, and was pretty disappointed. They are very thin and wrinkly. While they are soft, they're not nearly as smooth as my previous sheets which lasted over 5 years before falling apart. If these hold up, they might be worth the price but I feel like I would have probably been happier with a 100% cotton sheet. I could see how these would be great in a very hot climate, we'll see how I feel about them in the summer. Would not buy again.

These sheets are the softest sheet I have ever purchased. Love them. I have a California King bed, and the sheets are slightly larger than the matress, but still worh the softness.

These are awesome towels. We have a set of their big brothers and like them equally well. They are thick, soft and absorbent.

This is by far the worst purchase of anything I've ever made in my life. It not only failed to absorb any water, but after one washing it shredded apart into ribbons. Zappos kindly returned my money but Home Source failed to take any note whatsoever of my comlaint.

The shower towels are big, soft and absorb plenty. Not much lint when washing. Am quite happy with them

If you don't buy these sheets you will be missing out on the best night sleep you can imagine. I wasn't sure that I wanted to spend this much for a set a sheets. Now I am considering buying a second set. I am 70 years old and never had a set of sheets so wonderful. Now when I go to someone else's house to sleep over I take my own sheets.

I really love how naturally soft these towels are. The color I chose is a beautiful dark grey. Very dramatic! I'll be coming back for more. Also, the towels come out of the dryer just as nice as the day I received them.

I bought a towel and washcloth about a year ago for my guest bath. Everyone liked them so much I just bought a full set for the master bath. The gold color is bold and elegant. The towels wash and dry like a dream with little or no shrinkage, fading, or lint. The best part is how soft and absorbant they are. These are really great towels at a good price.

This was my first experience with Zappos and it was great. What beautiful towels at a great price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Zappos again.

Tried these sheets and could not be happier. They have a luxurious feel and the quality is evident. They wash very well and are easy to dry in your dryer. I run on medium heat for 15 mins. then no heat to completely dry. You need to remove right away so not to wrinkle.

I am a VIP customer at Zappos and have spent a small fortune, however, I usually purchase towels elsewhere. These are the first towels I've purchased at Zappos and they are the best towels my husband and I have ever used or owned! Soft, thick, don't fuzz, they are incredible! Zappos rocks.

These are very soft but not slippery, very cool and comfy - I bought them over 1000 ct Egyptian cottons - the difference is the structure. Cotton, even 1000 ct, are a bit more stiff and structured whereas these lack that structure.

Generously sized bath sheets, I need one for my waist length hair and one for the rest of me. My husband and son say they are WAY softer than the 900 gm turkish towels they have. They are somewhat less bulky, and also dry quickly.

These wash cloths are very plush, absorbent, feel great in use, hold their shape, and don't bleed color in a very hot bath or in the washer or dryer. (a white handkerchief found its way into the dark load in which I washed them for the first time. Not a hint of red or pink to be found.) I'm very satisfied with their performance.
