Great for long runs! The pouch is a bit small but works for me. I can fit my credit card cash keys and got in it, phone is a bit tricky. Very well made though and comfortable.
My only complaint is the size of the pocket that comes with it. It will hold my iPhone 5, but nothing else, including my key fob. The elastic holders for extra belt material will hold GU gels or similar if needed. Probably a max of 2.

I was nudged into purchasing a hydration belt by a member in our running club. I went on a 13 mile long-run with a few people and the topic came up in conversation since I didn't have any liquids with me. This is the belt I finally settled on. As I'm training for the Illinois Marathon this is going to be on my hips! I am training just south of the Wisconsin border so running in the cold does make the water freeze up a bit. I ran 14 miles last weekend and this belt was great! I plan on filling 2 with Gatorade and 2 with water on the next 16 mile long-run. It does not move on my waist. I first go through the front 2 bottles, then move the 2 back bottles to the front so I don't have to constantly reach behind for some fuel. It's nice that there are 4 bottles, it really helps with weight distribution. I do wish there were 2 pockets. That is my only complaint. It's a super tight fit to get my iPhone 5 in the pocket and leaves room for two Gu Energy Gel packet. I'm a bit nervous for the 20-miler coming up in a few weeks that I won't have enough room. I need to keep my cell phone with me (for safety if something happens). With no phone in the pocket, there is room for one packet of Gu Chomps and a few energy gel packets. I may try using the Otterbox Clip to hold my phone on the other side of the belt and fill the pocket with gu.
Good belt. Easy to wear. Stays in place. The Velcro grips and stays. It might be nice to be able to move the zipper pocket. None of the elements detach.
I am new to long distance running. I found this product on the internet. I have found it very valuable for my long runs. It is comfortable, carries what I need and generally meets all my needs.

I ordered this vest for my daughter for Christmas who lives out of town. She needed a larger size and after a couple of phone calls a new vest was sent to her at her address (as opposed to mine) very quickly and without any cost to her or me! She also was able to send the other one back with no cost. Thanks.
I wanted a pack to fit minimal things in while walking. I saw the other reviews that said it could feed an iphone and keys. It will fit my iphone 5 its case, but that is about it. I will say the case, my iphone case is bulky. I could probably still fit a couple keys on a ring (no key chain) in the bag and slide in some money. Overall, I really like the quality of the bag especially for the price, still not quite sure it is going to work as I need it slightly bigger. I was worried it would be see through but surprisingly although it is mesh, the contents are not obviously showing through.
First off I would like to say, this is a runner's belt, not a fanny pack! It's a great product! I have an iPhone 5 and needed something to put it in that wasn't too bulky or big, this was exactly it. It fits my phone and car key with a little bit of extra room. It's also great because I forget I'm wearing it, it doesn't slip or ride up. Only wish there was a purple one. Definitely a great buy!

Awesome light weight and easy to wear under a t-shirt if you want to. Fits iPod and/or phone in very easily with a little bit of space for some cards and/or money. LOVE IT!
Smaller than I expected and I had to return. I will be shopping around the website for similar items. Thanks Zappos for your fast delivery and eay returns!
Bottle are easy to access and open while running. However, it bounces and moves around too much. I have a 24" waist and I have it adjusted as tight as it will go but it still moves around a lot. I tried putting it around my hips but that did not work either. It annoys me so much that I had to stop using it. I would not recommend this belt if you are a petite person.
Perfect for running. Wore it this morning and didn't notice I was wearing it. Zipper is easy to use while moving and iPhone lies flat against the body. Awesome customer service from Zappos.

This was a good buy overall. It's a decent amount of water and not too heavy to carry around, which was my main issue with the other ones I looked at that were bigger. There's a few things I'd change though. One complaint is that the handle is too big, or rather, I can't tighten it enough to fit my hand. It's not like I have freakishly small hands either. It would be nice if it could tighten down a little more. Also, the elastic band that holds the bottom of the case around the actual bottle slips a lot and comes off so you have to keep readjusting it around the base. For use a few times a week it gets the job done but those are a few of my gripes. The little zipper pouch is awesome though. It makes dealing with keys so much easier.
I love this belt. However, you may want to order a size smaller than the size chart lists. If the belt is too loose it will bounce and you can drop bottles. Also, the belt will stretch with use so it's ok if it's tight and the Velcro doesn't meet perfectly at first. I normally wear XL sized woman's clothes but the Large sized belt works best for me.

Exactly what I was looking for! It holds my iPhone 5 (which is in a case), and house key with a little room to spare!
You can stow your bottles one-handedly, which is fairly cool. However, It still chafes my bare skin, which is why I was replacing my old one. Now I have to wear a shirt, boo hoo. The pouch is very small and one struggles to stuff two gels in there.
Perfect size for local running! I usually run locally with apartment keys and iPod stored inside but can even fit cash/card and iPhone if needed. Comfortable and adjustable stretch!
The armband fits all right with a little overlap of the Velcro. I am 5'10" and 170 pounds so I am not a big guy and it fits. The biggest problem was that the lights stopped working after around 30 runs. Problem was that sweat made the battery corrode. I turned the battery for a better connection and wrapped the battery in plastic. That should continue to work great. As for the visibility factor: I have had cars change lanes away from me to avoid the flashing lights well before they could have seen me without the band This thing works and for the price, you cannot go wrong. I will soon buy another to put on my dogs collar.
This product is exactly what I expected. It easily holds enough gel pouches for my long runs (12-20 miles) as well as my car key & occasionally my old style iPod nano. It has an inner zip pocket that works well for holding contents in place toward the end of my runs when I have I used up most of the pouches.
While this item is advertised as an armband, the person wearing it would have to have an arm like a body builder for it to fit. It's much too large to ever fit the average person's arm, male or female.

Just what I was looking for, at about a quarter of the price. Fast delivery, an overall excellent experience.
