These work. I put them in the heels of a pair of shoes that were slipping, now they fit just right. If you expect to get 6 pairs as you'd think from the name of this item, you will be disappointed. There are 3 pairs as pictured.

I love Zappos but this product was a waste of money. I still cannot believe I spent what I did on these. They did not stay in place and did not help me. I ended up finding something similar in a discount chain store and they were exactly the same product...but stayed in place in the shoe.

I have ordered these more than once. If you have a narrow heel, but not a narrow foot, these are great for getting your shoes to fit and not have your foot slip.

These things really work! Great if you have one foot that is a half-size or so smaller than the other...The perfect solution to heel slippage. I no longer feel like I am going to walk out of some of my shoes. The different colors are also nice to help blend in better with the interior heel of the shoe. Yay!

I've been using these for years and find them far superior to drug store varieties. I'm especially thinking about a gel type variety from Dr. Scholl's. They stick too much and seem to make blistering worse. These are firm, but are more natural.

Helpful - I don't wear heels often. When I do find a pair I like, it's not unusual to either feel pinched in my toes, or be frustrated by my heels slipping up and down in the shoe. A beautiful pair of Cole-Han/ Nike pumps presented just this issue. Although I've only put the pad at the heels, and worn my new shoes in the house, the Foot Petals seem to have solved the problem. I'm delighted. I was able to wear a B width, a longer shoe, and have my narrow heel still be comfortable. Be aware that you may not get three colors in your package...mine were all black. Thanks Zappos, for a product I hadn't seen anywhere else.
