These are great! They helped me to keep a pair of shoes that were a little big and I otherwise would have sent back and I love the shoes so I did want to keep them. I bought them again since this purchase for other shoes.

Absolutely a must have for all sock-free styles like boat shoes, oxfords, ballet flats, etc. I love these!

Provides cushion for the foot but not arch support. If you're looking specifically for arch support, these aren't what you need. These however pad the bottom of a flat shoe very nicely & pad any shoe that lacks a built-in cushion. In heels, this helps keep foot in place & not slide through the open toe area.

This item is working great, and for a wooden shoe stretcher, you can't beat the price. So far I am hoping this product will not break as long as I'm gentle with it. Because of other reviews saying this product broke after a couple of uses, I've tried to take care to turn the crank slowly and evenly, just in case. I've used it on a couple of pairs of shoes now, and so far, so good. I have started out with gentle pressure because I don't want to over-stretch my shoes and have them be too loose. Gentle pressure overnight seemed like just enough to loosen up a pair of (not-so-supple) leather flats that were a little tight where I've got a bunion forming. The shoe feels like it was made for my foot now. What a relief! I love the removable bunion/button thingies that you can use to loosen up pressure areas on the shoe. This worked perfectly for what I assume is a tailor's bunion forming on my foot. (This area always rubs against almost any kind of shoe and causes discomfort.) I put a "button" in the hole on the shoe stretcher in that area, and it worked perfectly to give a little extra breathing room to that one small area without stretching out the whole width of the shoe too much. This solves a lot of problems for a lot of otherwise well-fitting pairs of shoes for me. And now I might not be so quick to dismiss shoes that are just a little too narrow in width, because I really feel like this will do the job to stretch out the toebox and help speed up the "break-in period" for new shoes. I only bought one stretcher, but you could certainly buy two if you are in a hurry to stretch out a pair of shoes at once. I have only used it on flats so far, but I like that it is designed for high heels as well. I will definitely be needing to use it for that too. Plus, this item is just cute and girlie, which admittedly, appeals to me. The pink wood stain serves absolutely no functional purpose, of course, but I love that it's pink. Cheers up the process a bit, and makes it easy to spot in your closet when you need it.

I really like these, they stay in place. They make soem of my uncomfortable shoes comfortable!

I wear approximately a women's 12.5 wide, and I've been experimenting with using inserts in size 13 shoes to get a more comfortable fit. I ordered these to for that purpose, and they're pretty good! They don't reduce the size as significantly as a cushy gel insert, but they help keep your foot from sliding forwards. I was worried that they might not work properly in my shoes, given that 12s and 13s so large, but they work fine. I gave 3 stars for overall because the brand slogan is really annoying. These insoles make you "feel thinner?" Really? That's ridiculous, and it's condescending to assume women will fall for it.

Called Zappos customer service - needed help with shoes that are too big. These inserts are comfy and solved my problem. Thanks Zappos! Best customer service on the Internet.

My insole came loose in a pair of my go to work shoes, these insoles are so far the best I have found. They don't reach to the end of my toes so I have to overlap them with the small ball of feet one.

Great for making shoes that might be a touch big fit perfectly. Really comfy.

OMG! These did the trick my shoe was a half size to big and now they fit perfect! And they are so comfortable. I will be purchasing more for my other shoes for comfort.

I bought a pair of these and while they worked fine the first time I used them, one broke the second time I used them.

This was perfect. I bought two pair of Tom's shoes which I absolutely loved, but they were really tight in the toes. I knew they would stretch over time, but within two days this magic machine did the work for me. Love this.

It really is a shame you only get one of these for this price...but, if you can wait a couple of days to wear the pair of shoes you're stretching you won't need to purchase a second one. I was actually surprised that even on "man made uppers" these stretchers work. The last couple of pair of Nine West shoes I've purchased (have 12 pair in one style) are being cut more narrow and "pinch" at the ball of my foot. This little ditty did the trick! Much more comfortable -- would hate to have to give up the Nine West Rocha style shoe because the Chinese are cutting them down more than they should. You will not regret this purchase if you really need to give yourself just a little more room!

I used the heel inserts in a pair of flats that had always been a bit too big but had stretched so that they sometimes actually fell off when I walked. (Very embarrassing.) Yesterday, with the inserts, was the first time I could wear these shoes without having to fight to keep them on. Glad I spent the money!

I have a wide foot and usually end up having to order a pair of shoes a 1/2 size larger than what I wear. I found a beautiful pair of high heeled shoes from Zappos and just in case, ordered the Foot Pedals along with it. Boy, am I ever glad I did. The shoes kept slipping of my foot, but felt perfect in the width, so I placed one of the Heavenly Heelz at the back of the pump and it saved the day. Not only did I look good wearing my new shoes, they stayed on my foot and were very comfortable all day. I went back and ordered more, to have on hand for future shoe purchases.

These things are magical. Completely changes a shoe from moderately terrible to completely bearable.

I constantly have a problem finding shoes that my heels won't slip out of while walking. This product solves that problem. These petals are comfortable with or without nylons and I haven't had any blistering problems while wearing them. I've been using them on a pair of shoes for about a month now and the adhesive is keeping them in place just fine. Great product. My only complaint is that I wish it came in all nude. I used those up right away, I don't have much use for grey.

These are truly lifesavers when you're out shopping or in an airport and your feet are hurting like crazy. The pressure points work so well to get that slamming-down-hard feeling from making you miserable when you're walking on tile or marble floors for long periods of time. I place one right where the ball of my foot rests in the shoe and have no problems from there on. And I've used them with very pricey shoes that have 5 inch heels without any difficulty. Wouldn't be without them here.

These were a little expensive, but I decided I'd take a chance and cannot be happier! They are perfect for flats and heels and I plan on buying more for all my shoes! The heel inserts are the perfect solution to one of my feet being slightly smaller than the other.

I bought two of these because almost all pumps are a tad too tight in the shoe box if I buy a pair that won't slip off my heels when I walk. The first time I used them, they worked perfectly and I though that finally I was going to be able to wear pumps again. The second time I used them, one of them broke. So did my heart, as those heel grips don't work for me. I wish I could send the pieces back for a refund!
