Foamtreads

Lovely, well-made slippers, BUT the WIDE is barely a medium width. Do not buy if you need a wide. I even tried these a half size larger in the hope that would make them fit, but these really run narrow.

My mother is 94 years "young" and has some difficulty rising from a chair that is on hardwood in our home. When searching the web for slippers I came upon these Formtreads. The traction, comfort and ease of use of these slippers is unsurpassed. She no longer fears falling. They are machine washable and hold their shape. I highly recommend these slipper.

Have ordered Foamtreads slippers before and have been quite satisfied. These navy "Coddles" are useless - they are like cardboard with no support. Did not send them back because I wanted navy slippers and these seem to be the only ones available.

I truly love the Foamtreads Coddles! They are true to size, sturdy and comfortable. I've tried many slippers with no luck. Most are flimsy and give no support. I'm extremely happy that I purchased this item.

I bought these for my 92 yr old mother-in-law. She still wants to look stylish but needs comfy and nontick...she uses them as shoes and not slippers. The box does not say slippers which is good. The decorative elastic on the top give them support and keep them securely on. She wears lots of rose color so she is proud that these match so much. They are very well made. I was happy to know I could return then free if they did not please her.....she is hard to please. YAY, Zappos!!!

I have had balance problems for a few years (getting older!) and found that most slippers are exactly that, something you slip and fall in. These are terrific, very secure soles, and good support around the ankle. I just wish they had a sole I could wear on city streets.

This was a good buy. The fit is comfortable. They hold their shape well and look good. I recommend them.

I ordered these slippers for my elderly mother. She needed something supportive and comfortable. These fit the bill. I am glad that they came in wide. That is difficult to find in slippers.

Great slippers. Enough sole to go outside for the paper but not enough to make noise on my tile floors. They felt like clouds as soon as I put them on. I have them on now and delay getting dressed so I can keep them on as long as possible.

This is a nice, comfortable houseshoe-like slipper. The velour-like outside looks good. It has a fairly firm insole, yet the padding is comfortable. There is room to add a support insole or more padding if you need it. I am enjoying this slipper.

They're ok--scratchy and I feel like I have to wear socks or it scratches the top of my feet and the sides. Not that soft and fits kind of weird, but I kept them because I really needed slippers and it was like March when I ordered these. I bought Uggs slippers in January and they wore out so I needed a new pair.

One of few slippers available in wider sizes. Seems well made and is certainly comfortable.

Very light weight, soft but with a very good sole. Cleans easily when worn outside. Outer surfaces brushes clean. Have not tried to wash so cannot address, but they appear to be washable. The only thing I would like better would be if the vamp cam up a little lower. The elastic inset would be more comfortable on my foot.

Not a good investment. The insole fell apart within a few weeks, which is both annoying and uncomfortable. The outside seems to be holding up, but I don't anticipate having them as long as I did my Land's End slippers (8 years).

These are amazing - perfect for swollen feet which are never the same size each day! The nurses at my dad's home were raving, wanted to know where I got them so they could tell a few families about them. I was happy to share zappos.com, yeah Zappos!

These are the most uncomfortable slippers I've ever worn. The band across the top is stiff and slices into my foot. Where the seams join at the sides rub my foot. There's not much padding in the foot bed. I wish I'd returned them, but I thought they'd stretch out or wear in. No such luck.

He likes them! A bit clunky looking, just like the photo. Quite a warm slipper. Sturdy enough for stepping outdoors.

I read all of the info sent by Zapppos & liked what they had sent. Service was quicker than I expected & slippers were well packaged & best of all, slippers were exactly as what had been promised.

This is a great house slipper - I slip it on right away once I'm home from work and it takes me throughout the house and to the mailbox. It's cozy and love the burgundy color. It actually gives pretty decent foot support - but it is a slipper and not meant for heavy outdoor use.

Seem to always get the last pair in stock. These must be either popular or hard to get especially in my size (9.5 W). Color doesn't matter to me. I buy these for the comfort & quality.
