Down Etc.

I bought this as a gift for my sister's fiance after my dog mistook it for a tree. I've been told it's very warm and easy to maintain.

It is difficult to find pillow protector made from 100% natural fabric. This one is. Nice sturdy fabric but seen better ones. However, I was making my own wool pillow and when I was stuffing the pillow case, seems near the zipper started to come apart, which is disappointing - not sure about longevity. Zipper really sewn in nicely. If you sew, you are probably better off to make your own pillow protector from better fabric and with sturdier seams using same amount of money.

I purchased this pillow after a stay at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. The bed and pillows there were divine, so I did some digging and found out that this is the pillow they use in their rooms. Sadly, it is not as comfortable for me at home for some reason. I sleep mostly on my back and side, and the pillow is very dense and fairly thick, so I wake up with a sore neck from my head being pushed forward all night. Passed it along to my husband and he seems happy with it. If you are looking for a firmer down pillow, this may be a good choice for you. The quality is very good.

This comforter is amazing! It is as light as a cloud but also keeps me warm at night. I have had it for a month and not one piece of down has come out of the comforter. I highly recommend Down Etc.!

I have been looking for a thick heavy feather pillow like this for a long time. The first few nights have been excellent. It provides great support for reading while laying on my stomach.

When I received this pillow, I thought it was a joke. It is flimsy uncomfortable and cheap. I have stayed in fancy hotels, and these would never be on the beds!

I wouldn't rate the product bad because it seems great -- a big fluffy solidly-made feather pillow. However, there must be some way to size a pillow to a body when shopping on the internet. This pillow is too large for me. My shoulders are very small and I am a side sleeper so a pillow this large puts my head/neck at too much of an angle and it hurts. So sad. I never got to see how it held up in the long run because I'm going to have to return it.

This is worth every penny that I paid for it! This is a boutique hotel quality down pillow. I will buy another as well as a comforter from Down ETC. Thanks again, Zappos. You guys are absolutely awesome.

Comfy, warm and fits our Cal King duvet perfectly. We keep our bedroom around 65 degrees at night, and this is just the right level of warmth.

I have been looking for a feather pillow for over 5 years and I'm so lucky to have found these pillows! I'm picky about pillows so I took a chance on one of these before I bought another one. I love how Zappo's will take something back if it's not what I wanted and I don't have to pay the shipping or restocking fees. Basically I had nothing to lose so I read some reviews and got this pillow. To my surprise it was perfect. I was so happy that I ordered the second pillow within days of trying it. It's full but not too full or hard, plus I can reshape it to fit my head...which was what I needed. I sleep so well now that I don't have to wake up because of a pillow not being comfortable.

These are very firm! For 10 years I have been looking for pillows that were as firm as my old, cheap Ralph Lauren feather ones. I tried and returned more than I can count, all which claimed to be firm. These actually are. I could not be more pleased.
