When these shoes were arrived I knew I would like them but I ended up loving them. Yes there all black but the diff textures of black and with shiny and matte finishes I was more than happy. size 9.5 fit perfect, delivery was fast and I'm a happy shoe fiend.
I'd also recommend: Radii and Osiris

I love these! I ordered the black pair. They are super slick, but at the same time not too flashy. I am pretty picky about what I spend my money on and inspect all my new shoes and clothing well for defects and quality, and these look like they will hold up well as long as you are not wearing them while mud wrestling or something. I have a bunch of PF Flyers (from Zappos' amazing selection of them!) but I decided that I would like thicker, more padded shoes for the colder, snowier months. I also love the old-school puffy high top look but was having trouble finding pairs that are both black (rather than super bright colors and/or metallic) and at a reasonable price. This DC Spartan Hi WC SE style is perfect, though. Unfortunately I am about to order another, larger pair because the first pair that I ordered was a bit too small. I took the advice of other Zappos customers and ordered half a size larger than my regular shoe size, but they still felt too snug in the toe. I am familiar with men's shoe sizes because I wear a lot of unisex sneakers, but I still managed to order too small of a size. Also, only now have I realized that UK shoe sizing seems more accurate than US sizing??? I think that I will pay more attention to UK sizes from now on. So I would agree that ordering half a size up is a smart idea and think this next pair should be perfect. Anyway, it is not a big deal because Zappos is just plain awesome and hassle-free. I order 99% of my shoes here, and occasionally other stuff. I have never had a problem with their service. So returning these will be a breeze and I will hardly have to wait for the larger pair. I am an only child, although that experience is not what made me a spoiled brat. Zappos turned me into one because I get what I want super duper fast!
