VIP POINTS STORE CLOSING INFORMATION

1. Why is the Points Store Closing?

Closing the VIP Points Store will allow us the opportunity to build features that will ultimately benefit all of our amazing VIPs! With this renewed focus, we’ll be able to find better ways to WOW each and every VIP. We appreciate your understanding as we work toward this goal! Thank you!

2. When is the Points Store closing?

Doors close officially on 11/08/2013, or earlier if our inventory is depleted, so be sure to place your points order as soon as possible!

3. I don't have enough points to redeem anything. What can I do with them?

Aw, that’s a bummer. We’re sorry about that! All unused points will expire when the Points Store closes. We will be working really REALLY hard to come up with new and improved ways to WOW you in the very near future! 

4. Will the Points system be going away?

Simply put, yes. But not to worry, it’s all for a good cause! We’ll be using all of our new-found free time figuring out how to reward ALL of our VIPs with features that WOW your socks off.

5. My VIP Points balance seems wrong. What should I do?

Sometimes your Internet browser may not have refreshed the page and may be displaying older information. If your VIP Points balance still seems incorrect, please try logging off, closing your browser, re-opening the browser and logging back in to view your VIP Points balance.

6. My VIP Points balance still seems wrong. What should I do?

Please contact us by clicking here or by calling (877) 927-2332 to contact the Zappos.com Customer Loyalty Team. We’ll get back to you within three business days.

7. Do my VIP Points have a cash value?

VIP Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, sold, or transferred. VIP Points cannot be used in combination with any other discount, coupon or offer unless specifically allowed by the terms of a specific promotion.

    How do I update my VIP Settings information?

    You can update your VIP Settings information by visiting the VIP Settings page, which you can also access by visiting the My Account page and clicking on "Manage My VIP Settings"

    How do I opt-out of VIP Points, Badges, and Leaderboards?

    Simply visit VIP Settings and select "No" for "I would like to earn VIP points, badges, etc." and click "Save Settings". Any points or badges that you have earned will be forfeited when you opt-out. If at any time you would like to opt back in, simply visit VIP Settings and select "Yes" for "I would like to earn VIP points, badges, etc" and click "Save Settings".

    What if I don't want to appear on the VIP Leaderboard?

    Simply follow the instructions above for opting out of VIP Points, Badges, and Leaderboards.

    What if I don't want others to be able to see what VIP Badges I've earned so far?

    Visit the My Account page and uncheck the boxes below the VIP Badges that you do not want others to see.

    What if I don’t want to receive Badge alerts?

    Simply visit the VIP Settings and uncheck the "I would like to receive badge alerts" box and click "Save Settings". If at any time you would like to receive VIP Badge alerts, simply visit VIP Settings and check the "I would like to receive badge alerts" box and click "Save Settings". Unchecking this box means that you will not see a popup notification when you receive a new VIP Badge. You can however, see the VIP Badges that you've earned so far in the My Account and VIP Settings pages.

    VIP POINTS REDEMPTION

    How do I redeem my VIP Points and is there a limit to the number of VIP Points that I can redeem in a day?

    Visit our VIP Points Store to see if we have any rewards available for redemption.  If you see something you like and have enough points accumulated, sign up to redeem the item.  Please note that our inventory is constantly changing.  Items are available for a limited time, while supplies last.  Zappos.com reserves the right to modify an item's point value or make changes to or discontinue the program at any time.

    I received an item from the VIP Points Store in the mail, but I've changed my mind. Can I return it and get my points back or exchange it for something else?

    Sorry, we do not allow any returns or exchanges.

    How many items can I redeem?

    You can redeem as many different items as your points allow - however, you are only able to redeem one of each item. Collect them all!

    When will I receive my Points Store item?

    You will receive your items within 2-4 weeks, depending on where you live.

    Who can join VIP?

    VIP.zappos.com is a members-only website. Users who have not been invited to join the VIP website can register for the VIP Waiting List at http://vip.zappos.com.

    Are employees of Zappos.com and its subsidiaries eligible?

    Employees are eligible to become VIP members, but they are not eligible to redeem rewards.
