COOLA Suncare

I took this on my trip to Fiji that included adventure and resort and I would re-buy it - just don't forget to reapply it if you are going to be out longer than the waring off duration (but that goes with all sunscreens). This goes on like BB creme and takes a lot of the shine out of your face - does ok with dry patches also (I have combination skin that can get dry in the tzone). The tint is a light medium, as I became tanner the color match was lightening my face a bit which wasn't ideal but not a deal breaker. If you have dark skin maybe not the best. Great base under makeup. Easy to throw in your bag. I will rebuy this - a little goes a long way so go easy on the squirting! (that only means you will have more product longer hurray!) If you like Pevonia, I had that also and this worked better, mainly because it was light and did not make my face white like Pevonia sunscreen. I bought citrus mimosa for my trip to Fiji after reviewing the product through various websites (btw not many reviews on this item). I had two chapters of my trip: 1. Adventure 2. Resort I realize now that this is a resort or pool side sunscreen. For the steep price it empties fast and can't keep up with adventure sun (which was odd because I toneitup girls use it paddle boarding - so maybe better for low key adventure?). I constantly had to grab for a random banana boat sunscreen that belonged to my friend to keep up with reapplication or I would have emptied the coola bottle in one day. The bottle for coola isn't easy to pack with you and does not have a cap so risks spraying in your bag (you can fix that by putting it in a zip lock bag. I found it odd that my boyfriend had a smaller sweat/water proof neutrogena spray that lasted longer than my much larger bottle of coola... and he was applying it more than I was. I would buy this again for laying around the pool in the summer at home, but only the new unscented spray. The scent of citrus isn't horrible and goes away within 5 minutes but it doesn't smell 'good' like most reviews I read. I work in a career outdoors and the smell is quite similar to bug spray, but lighter. As in, my friends actually commented "What's that smell?" in not a good way. Like I said though, smell goes away. Note: it does go on a bit sticky, it is not like the neutrogena dry spray - makes you look shiny to show off that bod though. Organic anything is spendy. I will only buy one of these per summer (until I move on) to think I am brand 'cool' - because it is so expensive and requires bringing back up sunscreen so you don't spray your money your first couple times in the sun. *btw banana boat sunscreen ruled all and we were using a lot of different types while trying to get tan at the same time. I also tried the mineral matte unscented face sunscreen on this trip - that held in well and I will be buying it again. Will be reviewing that on zappos also.

Quality product. May feel a bit greasy at first, yet, it eventually soaks into the skin. The "tint" is barely there. I wish there was more color coverage. My aesthetician doesn't recommend anything under SPF30 for the face. Why I love this product? It is not a "heavy" sunscreen. You don't even know it's there once it soaks into the pores.

I heard about Coola Suncare through Fitness magazine and was SO excited to see that Zappos carried it! I am able to get the best of both worlds, great skincare and fast, free shipping!!! This matte sunblock is awesome for those of us with oily/problem skin. It does not make me break out, and it tones down the shine, while providing excellent protection from the sun. I was outside by a pool for half the day yesterday, and no burns!

I love these hand lotion bars. COOLA has a whole other array of hand and body bars, and also a really extensive collection of sun care products. I got turned on to them a few years ago, and I haven't strayed away. I love this brand!

I love this product! It is by far the best face mineral sunscreen I have ever had. Coola has so many great products! I use the body version as well, and their LipLux spf lip balm. I highly recommend their products.

This is a great smelling sun lotion. It goes on easily, is not sticky, nor slimy. I love it. Of course it is a little expensive.

Smells amazing. No sticky feeling. Feels just like a nice moisturizer. Great sun protection.

Got this while on a beach trip when my toddler seemed to be getting a rash to the mineral sunscreen we were already using. This seems very moisturizing and the rash cleared up and she did not get a sunburn. Only thing I did not like was the residual stickiness after application. Her skin always felt sticky and when she got in the water it did seem that a whitish layer was more visible on her skin. This is probably really good for babies and sensitive skin, but I would not use it for myself.
