I love these shoes! I upgraded recently while training for a trail 13.1. These are comfy, supportive for my mild pronation, and have a wide enough toe box that my toes never feel cramped - even on those steep downhills. I also use them for hikes.

Great insoles for the price. Now a word of warning, at first I thought they were horrid as they made my shoes LESS comfortable, but the issue was simply that they're a little larger than the default insoles so you need to put the shoes through a second break-in period, at least I did. After I got them broken in again, these were superb, definitely last a lot longer than the base insoles.

I have been having the midlife feet issues like so many others. I had been researching the Merrell shoes on the web hoping to find some relief through others testimonies. So today I went out and searched the stores to find the best shoes for my feet. After several shoe types & styles from 159.00 - 300.00 I wound up discouraged. I asked the gentleman to let me try the Merrell Chameleon 4 before leaving just to say I tried them all. The rest is history. All the guessing was over, hands down, they are the Bee's Knees! The stretch glove type fit, no lacing and arch support are the bomb! Love these shoes. Go buy them and see for yourself. Extraordinary fit.
