- Part of the PureProject™ Collection from Brooks®.
- Brooks developed five unique features called Ideal Technologies (Nav Band, Toe Flex, BioMOGO DNA, Ideal Heel and Anatomical Last) that are featured in every PureProject shoe. Combined, these technologies are designed to promote an efficient, natural stride by encouraging a more forward foot strike, which places the runner over their center of gravity, helps align the body and reduces harmful stress.
- Designed with the help of ultramarathoner Scott Jurek.
- A minimalist trail runner built to navigate tricky terrain. Built for the neutral runner.
- Ultralightweight, breathable open mesh upper.
- Lightweight synthetic overlays provide structural support.
- Elastic Nav Band wraps across the instep for a secure, glove-like fit.
- Lightly padded tongue and contoured heel cup for added comfort.
- Lightweight foam insole offers light underfoot plush.
- BioMoGo DNA is a blend of earth-friendly BioMoGo and responsive Brooks DNA, and has a gender-friendly cushioning design, making for a dynamic ride.
- Midsole Offset: 4mm.
- Toe Flex - The split-toe feature augments forefoot flexibility and promotes the big toe to engage the runner's natural stability and power during push-off.
- Ideal Heel - The heel is slimmed down to encourage contact points to shift forward, aligning the joints and creating optimal energy return.
- Wide, one-piece outsole helps enhance stability on the trail.
- Intuitive lug pattern delivers optimal traction.
- Built on an anatomical last, the shoe's shape contours to your foot, promoting support and a glove-like fit.

Like all running shoes, I ordered a 1/2 size up, and it fit fine, except it's a bit too narrow in the toe box. It's a shame since it is very comfortable everywhere else and seems like a great shoe.

Love these shoes for dry days, but they are really slippery on wet pavement! So much so that I can feel my toe slipping with every push off. I live in the Pacific Northwest, so we do have a lot of wet days! I'm going to keep them, but I need a different pair of runners for the wet days.

I am transitioning from a built up motion control shoe to these shoes, and as far as I can tell they are great! Love them for trail running, on thing I noticed is the low drop on the heel has caused some achilles strain but I believe with time will resolve with more use. Not good for pavement they feel like you are running in cleats, so a great shoe for a trail runner. Highly recommend.

I purchased these to run in as well as wear to the gym. They are the best pair of running shoes I have. So lightweight and they fit my foot like a glove. I prefer to wear them with no socks, but they work well with a light pair of socks also. I have ordered a second pair to wear casually this spring with jeans and shorts.

I have enjoyed these shoes. I spend a lot of time on my feet and found them to be very comfortable. I have also run in them, and found them to be comfortable as well. I have ask tried the Cadence and the Flow. These fit more like the Flow.

These shoes are so cute, and I love the style, but they are not as comfortable as most Brooks shoes. The upper is rigid and hurts the top of my feet. They are not at all cushioned like the PureFlow or PureCadence. I so badly wanted to love them because of the style, but comfort is more important to me.
