Slipped my foot into the shoe..and WHOA!! There is a toe partition thingy…and its very stiff. Can you say “sneak attack”!! Super uncomfortable. Never knew about it before I bought. Definitely a “return to sender”!

Very very comfortable but in the end decided i didn't love the styling enough to keep them.

The boots came from Amazon, not Zappos. Were scuffed and seemed to have been worn. Beautiful boots. Would have kept them if they had been new.

Stiff and tight in toe box. The pewter color is nice, and I like the look of the shoe, but they’re quite uncomfortable. They slip at the heel because they’re so stiff. Also: They have a leather sole. I have only worn them in the house, to see if they would soften up any. But only wearing on my hardwood floors and carpeting the sole is scuffed, and I’m betting Zappos wouldn’t let me return them. Dissatisfied.

the strap was static, so was too high off my foot.

Great fit, with some give around the toes in case you have bunions!

These are cute and very comfortable to wear all day. No arch support, so if you need that, I'd avoid.

Beautiful simple booties but they came without a box. Obviously they were returned. Since they were deeply discounted so I’m keeping them.

I ordered a size 10 and received a size 11.

I ordered a size 5 and received a size 7..but really size didn't matter because I thought i was receiving a cork shoe since i 2 other pairs of them. These were not cork and the show felt cheap..

Great Shoe but for the $$ ~ it's too dressy. Will reorder another Donald Pliner that's a bit more casual.

These shoes were very nice and I would have gladly kept them had they fit well. But they run small in length and the actual leather strap that covers the top of your foot is rather wide. It was gaping around my foot.

I really wanted to love these. The style was captivating and with the cost I thought they would be fabulous. But unfortunately, they just weren't comfortable and were too big, both in length and in the heel, which kept slipping off.

Shoes are beautiful. Love the look but unfortunately they feel tight, especially the right foot. I'm so sad because I love the shoes but will have to return them :(

Shaft is way too short!

Perfect fit! Top quality & craftsmanship. There is excellent stitching & accents on the shoe. The buckle even has a comfort flap covering it on the inside so it doesn't rub on your foot. They look really cute too.

Gorgeous shoe but it was too loose in the heel. I tried many different remedies as I was desperate to make the shoes work, but alas, I must return them. I ordered the same size as other D Pilner shoes I own and the length was right. Really a very classy looking shoe.
