Bogs Reviews
These are a nice waterproof boot. They are perfect for spring and fall, as they are slightly lined. I wore them through many spring snow/slush storms and they kept my feet warm and dry.
These are great boots for the cold as well as rain/snow. I bought before my trip to Iceland and wore them all over whether walking through town or hiking on a glacier. They were comfortable and warm! They ran true to size for me unlike some other reviews. Worth the money!
Great! A little difficult to get on, but once they are on, they are very comfortable. My feet feel very stable in these shoes versus some other garden shoes I've had. I really love them!
I normally wear a size 8 and these are way too snug. I could barely get them on. I like the heel fit as often heels are too wide. I will return them for size 9 & hope for the best.
Very cute shoe (obviously) but for me, too hurtful at the back of the heel. Maybe I've been wearing sandals with thin straps too long, but this really grated against the back of my foot. Any larger size and I would have slipped out, so those were my options, which led to a return. Sad, because I really wanted these fun daisies! Probably better for people without large feet and without fat ankles, ha.
Quite possibly the most practical shoe ever invented for doing anything on wet grass! I normally wear a size 10 so I got a size 10 and it was bit tight at first. After a few days it fit perfectly. The only other negative is that the grip is not great when descending a hill on wet grass. Hey, it's a rubber boot! Whadya expect? I wish they were cheaper because I'll definitely be buying them again.
I live where it rains a lot, and do outdoor markets. These are ideal as they will fit inside my pant legs. Easy on, good arch and and wide in the toes. Very comfortable for standing and walking. Wish they were in some crazy color though!
These are great. Only complaint - my feet slip within the clog when I wear socks. Maybe I will change out the inserts to something with a bit of texture to fix that problem. I normally wear a 9.5m or 10 and ended up with the size 9's because my feet were swimming in the 10s and nearly stepping out of them. My feet are small around the arch so maybe that's why I ended up buying a size smaller? They're very supportive and love them for around my small FL horse farm. I bought a 2nd pair so now I have a pair ready to slip into by both front and back doors!
I bought these for my husband as I love my bogs. We raise cattle and sometimes when things get a little deep, it is important to have adequate boots. These fit the bill and are much lighter than his old boots with rubber boots worn over.
These are exactly what I was expecting - a warm rain/mud boot. I'm a 7.5 so I got the 8 and they're perfect with regular socks. I also really enjoy the bright color scheme. My sister got the black version and she's also really happy with those. She's an 8.5, so she got the 9 and they worked out pretty well.
These shoes are awesome and worth every penny spent. I too usually wear a 7.5 and ordered a 7. They fit perfect. These will definitely not be my last pair of Bogs. So comfy. Thank you Zappos for carrying this brand, and again for your outstanding customer service.
I ordered these Bogs, plus two Hunter styles (Original Adjustable & Ladies Balmoral). The Bogs almost worked, except for the part where they put a strip of rubber over the stretchy material at the top of the boot. The stretchy material actually goes down about 4 inches from the top of the boot in the back. This would have given enough room to tuck in slacks. As it was, I could barely pull them all the way up (16.5" calves) over bare skin because that rubber strip eliminated the stretch. Why did they put that there? I wish someone would make a rain boot with fullness where it's needed. Most women's calves are fullest about 1/3 - 1/2 way down from the knee, not at the top of the lower leg. Both of the Hunters are going back too. Oh well, it appears I am (still) on an endless quest for rain boots.
They are great for keeping your feet dry and warm. This time of year (spring) is a bit too warm for them as when my boots come off my feet are sweaty, but they are easy to get on and off. A bit clunky so it takes getting used to; however, I use them for doing animal chores and yard work, and they are perfect for that. Well worth the money.
I have Bogs boots size 8. The size 8 of this boot was too small The size 9 fit wonderfully. Excellent product.
I love these boots. I wear them when it rains and look very stylish while doing so. They are comfy. They do get a little warm, but that's fine for me because my feet are always cold!
These Bogs make me smile every time I put them on. I mean how can you be mad about rain or mud when your feet are dry and wearing daisies? The only thing I would tell folks is that I am a true size 8 and these are a bit snug. I would suggest going up a half size if you are at all concerned that they could be small.
I received these boots at my office yesterday. It's been raining in Chicago a lot lately so I really needed a good rain boot. These are not only super cute, but very functional. I am a real foodie/ex-personal chef so the veggies on the boots really caught my eye. I walked across the office to show a female colleague of mine my adorable new rain boots and they definitely got a lot of attention. I even had men complimenting me on my new boots. Unfortunately I wear a size 8.5 size shoe. These only came in whole sizes, so I ordered the size 8, but they were a little small for me. I phoned Zappos.com and this really nice woman named Kathy helped me to be able to just exchange them, without waiting for my store credit to be processed. I should be getting my size 9 rain boots by next Tuesday. Kathy also upgraded my account status to VIP! So now I get free shipping on all of my orders at Zappos.com.
Boots fit perfectly - ordered a 9, I usually wear 9-9.5 A little too warm for spring, but great for winter in Wisconsin!
I was looking for comfortable shoes for working in vegetable garden and my yard. These are perfect for both. Just take a hose and wash off. Very comfortable for wearing 4 hours.
I bought them for the garden and I couldn't have made a better choice. They are very comfortable, waterproof, and keep the dirt out of my shoes.
Loved these boots; however, they are MUCH TOO WARM for my purposes. They would be great on super cold snowy days and feet really heated up just wearing them around the house. Because I already have a good pair of cold/wet-weather shoes, these are going back to Zappos. Too bad, because these are super cute, and super comfortable. I just wish they weren't so thickly lined.
