This is a pretty great bag! It's nice because it can hold a laptop, binder, notebook, etc. like a regular backpack, but looks more like a tall messenger bag. I wanted it to be able to function as both a purse and school bag, but discovered it's a little bit too big for me to use it as a regular purse. It's awesome for college students who want to take this to all their classes, though! I only have classes a couple days a week, so I don't necessarily want to carry this everyday. I will likely use it as my carry-on when traveling from now on. It has a ton of pockets, too, which is something I always look for in a bag. It would be very very easy to overfill this bag and make it too heavy, but I guess that's where the backpack straps come in. A few things I wish it had: -More structure so that it could stand up better on its own. It's pretty floppy, so if you don't have a notebook or something else that's sturdy in it, it will fold over on itself. This also makes it more difficult to find things in all the pockets. -Either removable backpack straps, or a pocket that closes to put them in when not in use. The pocket that holds the backpack straps doesn't close on top, and tends to open up when carrying it, and it gets in the way and looks weird. I might add velcro or something, because I don't see myself using those straps often. -The bottom has the same material as the rest of the bag, and I would rather it had a more sturdy/durable material to keep it looking nice longer, and to protect the stuff inside a little better.

I always wanted a north face bag, this bag is pretty big and allows for a small computer to be slipped in and held comfortably snugged away, also has many pockets, over all a great bag for small trips or everyday use and made very well.

Backpack is very comfortable and quite spacious. The only drawback and the reason for losing a star is the lid zipper can be a pain. If you don't make sure to line things up exactly the zipper won't move. This can be frustrating when you are in a hurry. The Fuego 32l was much more forgiving.
