Being able to wear your baby is awesome! That being said, this carrier can be uncomfortable for both the wearer and wearee alike because the seat is a little narrower than some other more ergonomic carriers. My baby also prefers to be worn on my hip in a ring sling, rather than facing forward on my front because she can still hid her face in my shoulder if she gets tired or doesn't want to interact with someone.
Excellent carrier in a breathable mesh fabric. Provides tremendous support to your back and shoulders. The baby loves it!
This carrier is awesome. We purchased it to carry our 17 lb daughter for a game at Texas Stadium. All that walking and my back still felt great thanks to the support this carrier provides. Great price too!

This carrier works great for me but my wife does get some back pain when she carries our 10 lb son. It is very easy to adjust and insert and remove our baby.
I've been using these for month with my twins. Very nice looking for baby equipment and spit up is easily cleaned up. Haven't had any diaper accidents in these yet. My month old kids are perfectly happy to nap or be awake in these. My kids are on the small side and still fit in these - the part that goes in between the legs molds to whatever size they need.

I bought an off brand and it was horrible! I took it back and bought the Bjorn and loved it. They were easy to put on comfortable. I also liked how quick it is to put my baby in. It is much better than pushing around a cart or stroller.
