These shoes fit great. I bought two pair. as a group fitness instructor I appreciate the extra arch support Avia brand offers and the removable sock liner allows me to add my own orthotic and Zappos always sweetens the deal with free over night shipping!

Great Zappos service as usual, but Avia missed the design boat with this shoe. The shiny silver inserts and turquoise heal really make this shoe look cheap. I was waiting for the lights to start flashing. They must go back. Sorry.

I have been wearing Avia cross trainers for step aerobics and other cardio classes for years. They provide great support and are an excellent value.

Love this shoe...very comfortable with excellent support and stability. Perfect for step and aerobics. The traction is also very good so I cannot use these for zumba...tends to make my knees hurt.

I liked the way they looked and the way they were constructed. But they were just a bit too snug. I did not want to take the chance that they would hurt my feet.
