This shoe is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a low profile/lightweight shoe that still has the heel stability for side-to-side movements. In other shoes (TR fit), my feet slide around too much. I do a variety of high and low impact workouts. These are perfect. Very comfortable, plenty of cushioning, and love the color combo!

I read other reviews that advised to by 1/2 size bigger and 1 that stated the shoes were true to size. Well, I should have bought them a 1/2 size bigger. They are still the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn and I would recommend them (just 1/2 size bigger then what you normally wear).

I work out 5 - 6 days a week, and I wanted a pair of lightweight shoes that can take the pounding, and this pair of Asics did not disappoint. The soles of the shoes adhere to the floor, allowing me to do lateral movements without feeling out of balance. The cushioning in these shoes correspond with your feet as they move. It's a really great pair of shoes.

Beautiful colors for the summer. Purchased size 8 and it was true to size. Great arch support, heel sits lower. Good walking and jogging shoe. Price right!
I'd also recommend: New Balance, Nike

I've tried every major brand (Nike, New Balance, Reebok) and only wear Asics. They simply fit my feet where the others do not. Compared to Gel Exalt which is my new favorite, Gel Frequency isn't as supportive or comfortable. And minor, but there's a weird bulge at the side of shoe under the inside ankle. Liked them well enough to keep, though.
I'd also recommend: Asics all the way!
